I have made an order on andselene.com on 13th of July 2022, I paid by card but my order hasn’t arrived yet although it’s been 3.5 month since I have placed my order and paid.
I have asked my money back and I am curios if they will honor my request.
I do not recommend buying from this online store.

Update: Although somebody from andselene.com wrote me an e-mail on 8th of November 2022 and told me that a refund was initiated, the money didn’t arrive and it’s been 18 days since then...
So I paid for the product on 13th of July, they didn’t sent the product at all and 4.5 month later I still don’t have the money refunded on my card.
My order number was #5687

More than a year have passed and the money still have NOT been refunded.
But in this year andselene.com, in a desperate attempt to remove my review has flagged my review 3 times.
So they didn't have time to refund my money but they had time to flag my review 3 times.
But they still didn't succeed in removing my review, because I sent to TrustPilot.com all the documents and evidence that my review is true.
And now I will also make sure that TrustPilot.com understands that this company would do anything to remove negative review.
Also now, because they really made me angry with their repeated attempts to remove my review, I will also make a complain to The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in Dublin.
You, people from andselene.com, If you have the time to flag my review 3 times, why don't you have time to refund my money???
Since I know you are reading my review, take time to REFUND ME. You have all my data, because I wrote in my review the order number was #5687 and the date of the order was 13th of July 2022.
I look forward to see what new reason they, from andselene.com, will come up for flagging my reviews.

Ordered a dress for my hen do. It arrived very late and missed the hen. It was not the same dress as advertised in the photos online. It was very cheap looking and the details were gold instead of white shown on the online photo. I returned the dress in June 2022 and I'm still waiting for refund. It is now 25th September. The shops owner is very condescending in her email exchanges and keeps making up stupid excuses as to why I have not been refunded. Avoid this store at all costs. Seems to be a major scammer!

My original order was made on 18 March and I am still trying to deal with outstanding issues (now in Sept) as a result. Beyond fed up at this point.

Part of my order went missing in the post and by the time it was re-sent, two of the items had gone out of stock. I have still not received a refund for those items.

When I attempted to make a return, the parcel was returned to me as And Selene did not settle Customs charges at their end, despite the fact that I could see they had been sent multiple reminders via the tracking system. They then tried to get me to pay to return the items again, despite the fact that they were at fault. I protested to this and they eventually issued me with a free returns label.

The items have now been returned and I have received a part refund and no breakdown to explain how this has been calculated (despite requesting several times). Based on the cost of the item I kept and what was returned, I am missing over £180 in refunds.

Their returns policy states that sales items cannot be returned or refunded and are only eligible for store credit which is actually illegal under Distance Selling Regulations so I will continue to follow up on the full refund I am entitled to. Either way, I haven't been offered store credit and I certainly wouldn't accept it anyway.

Total nightmare - AVOID!

* Update * Following my below review ‘And Selene’ tried to get it removed and I had to send TrustPilot all the evidence! How many others left negative reviews and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of sending in all the correspondence!? …. I reckon their TrustPilot would actually be 1/5 if they didn’t get all the negative comments removed! Shameful behaviour.

Really disappointing experience.
I ordered one dress initially, experience was fine - took the full 3 weeks to arrive to the UK but that was ok and as advised on their web.
I then went on to purchase 2 additional dresses and a short set. They all got ‘lost in the post’ and had to be reordered.
Initially the email responses were lovely and helpful, after 5 weeks the short set arrived.
I emailed and emailed regards the two missing dresses, they had obviously gone out of stock but didn't want to admit it.
6 weeks later I received one of the dresses, was a lot bigger sizing than the previous dress, the sizing label had been cut out so couldn’t be sure they had sent a bigger size (by this point just to shut me up)!
I was completely ghosted whilst trying to chase the last missing dress, can’t tell you how many emails I sent and also resorted to Instagram messaging! Finally I emailed asking them to just send me a completely different dress to complete my order.
Sure enough the final dress (finally) arrived, sizing label in tact and fit fine, just like the first dress…. But unlike the second dress!!
I emailed ‘And Selene’ a final time last week to say how disappointed I was after all my patience (7 weeks awaiting my order) for them to be so underhand as to cut the size label out and send me a dress that was too big!… unsurprisingly, they never replied!!
In summary, don’t bother with this shop, it’s far too stressful and disappointing an experience!

Further to my previous review, I am now being ignored and have still not received my refund.

Excellent customer service prior to purchase and received the items very promptly. The quality of both dresses I ordered were good and I kept one and returned the other. I sent numerous packages that day which all got delivered to their destinations with no issue but the company are saying they never received it so no refund given. Customer service said they would try follow up with the post office but have heard nothing since June.

I’ve loved both my dress and top Ihad ordered on 2 separate occasions both times I ordered late and they sent it out express delivery so that I received on time. Always so accommodating and really good quality for something a little bit different too.

I placed an order in early July. They confirmed it and then went silent. No answer on e-mail. No updates. No delivery so far.

After my review on Trustpilot they offered me to cancel the order and get a refund which I said yes to. They claim (also below in their comment) that the matter is "resolved" which it is not. I still, 16 days after the refund promise, have not got any refund. And no answers on mails. Most likely the business idea of this company is to scam customers.

My experience was similar to the other negative reviews. First, I was told that they sent my item but the delivery company had lost it (no tracking number was provided) then they offered to send another item. This was taking too long so I was offered a refund, which I accepted.
Following numerous emails back and forth they told me that they had refunded me, which wasn’t true. I put in a claim through the PayPal Resolution Centre. The whole thing was very unprofessional.

I ordered a dress from and-selene in May. Dress arrived a month later, the quality was very poor for the €90 I had paid (more like a dress you'd buy in Penny's for €20) and had no labels or tags attached to it. I sent it back for a refund 7 weeks ago and have still not received my refund. I have had to email them on a daily basis and while they are good at replying they are even better at trying to fob me off with reasons why I haven't received my refund.

There's no phone number on their website to contact them and it's not possible to leave a comment on their Instagram page.

Ladies, avoid this shop. Smacks of someone selling crap overly priced clothing from their living room.

Really beautiful quality and excellent Customer care.

The clothes are great quality and the team really are lovely. Small zipper issue with my recently arrived dress and Chloe has been so kind about it, offering lots of really good and generous solutions to sort the problem out for me. I've bought from And Selene four times and their stuff is always show-stopping.

Really happy with my order and the service received. I ordered a cardigan but wanted to change the size. I contacted them and they had it changed very quickly and upgraded my shipping to express for free as I needed it for an event.

Treated myself to a few dresses over the Christmas period. I loved them all but I needed to exchange the size in one. Chloe helped arrange for the new size to be shipped out straight away and helped arrange a return for the original.
Just wanted to give them a review for being so helpful and getting back to me so quickly.
