I ordered a cute highland cow—it is lovely but arrived without a microwave pouch. I emailed customer service, who said they would send another one but that I had to pay postage. They sent me a link, but it took me to a page where I had to pay full price. After numerous emails without an answer to my question, I accepted a small refund. Their customer service is terrible; I would not recommend ordering from them.
