A scam- the 'Zara Wool jacket' was a cheap synthetic knock off. Despite promptly returning ( to an adress in India!! £36 postage!!!) They claimed they would impose a £15 restocking fee per item. Do NO... ãã£ãšèŠã

SCAM!!! I ordered several items the website stated were in stock. 2 weeks have passed and no order arrived despite several attempts to contact customer service. Website suggests they come from London but the tracking suggests theyâre coming from China.

Donât waste your time and money!
I am the victim of a scam. The ad claimed that the price had been dropped from £100, but the garment wasnât even worth the reduced price. It is supposed to be a dress but is no longer than a tunic, and the fabric is thin and see-through. It took ages to arrive and my effort to obtain their returns address has been ignored so far. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

My mom bought a leather pilot jacket from their website which cost £70 as a Christmas present for my dad, originally the item didn't arrive to which they advised a new one would be sent out but wouldn't arrive until after Christmas.
The jacket arrived and wow... the quality was an absolute shamble!!! It wasn't leather, it wasn't the same colour and didn't look anywhere near the quality as advertised in the photo!!
My mom has attempted to contact them to get a refund, but is now getting ignored. I have sent an email today requesting for the refund to be arranged.
The company is not UK based and the items are shipped from China which I wouldn't let a dog use!

This company is a scam. I bought a knitted wool cardigan but the garment I received was not knitted nor wool and bore no resemblance to the photographs. They refused free returns and as the company was solely based in Asia it was going to cost too much to return.
