The warehouse informed me that they ‘lost’ my jumper.

I ordered 2x Hey Sis Mocha hoodies spending over £100 so my sister and I could be matching for Christmas. I then received my parcel to find only 1 hoodie had been sent with no delivery note or picking note which was disappointing.
I then emailed Angelle Collection and after 48 hours I then received a reply from them to say they had sent another hoodie out. I’m thankful they sent another hoodie out straight away but disappointed after spending over £100 my order wasn’t sent correctly in the first place.

My daughter is obsessed by these collections, and has lots of Angelle collections stuff, over 20 pieces. All of them are great quality material and even better attention to detail on things like wording. This latest item (ordered from the last collection for a while) hasn't got the usual embroidered wording and instead the wording is just printed on. This was disappointing and not clear from the PR shots BUT still love the colour ways etc and really looking forward to seeing this branch come back stronger, even if that means we haven't got them in our lives for the foreseeable.

Loved the last launch only thing I was disappointed by was that it was printed on instead of embroidery, which it has been for every other launch meaning it’ll eventually wear off in the wash.

My whole wardrobe is Angelle Collection, the quality of the clothes is the best I’ve ever worn, honestly nothing compares, I am obsessed.
I do wish they had an option to pay through klarna or clear pay though as I think this would make it easier for people to afford & that as a brand they were a bit more responsive to emails and dms but the clothes themselves I literally can not fault

So cosy I love the fleece material. Super oversized it’s perfect.

5 star reviews are fake, all say "amazing quality" which it isn't if you read the 1 star reviews. They also usually do four 5 star reviews at the same time. Same person by any chance Elle "EDL" Darby?

If your happy to buy shoddy cheap products from racists then this is your company! I’d avoid at all cost .

Terrible quality spent a lot of money and it’s all the bin now gets damaged after one wash the material is rubbish!
