Animaker has been a great tool for me, especially because I was able to start creating animations without having much prior animation experience. The platform is easy to use, and it has made it much simpler for me to turn ideas into finished videos.
I’m also very happy with the Animaker support team. Whenever I’ve had an issue, whether related to video downloads or something else, they’ve been very responsive and have addressed it promptly.
One area I would love to see improved is the range of actions available for child characters. Adult characters seem to have more action options, and having a similarly broad selection for kids would make the platform even more useful for children’s content creators.
Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Animaker.

I experienced an issue where video elements had disappeared from my projects, which meant I might have had to recreate all of my existing videos from scratch.

After contacting Animaker Support, I received a very quick response. Rufus reached out to me personally to better understand the issue, offered temporary solutions while investigating the situation with the relevant partners, and explored alternative ways to resolve it.

By the very next day, all of my video projects were working properly again, and all of the missing video elements had been restored.

I am extremely grateful to Rufus for his fast, professional, and effective support. His prompt response and dedication to resolving the issue saved me a significant amount of time and effort. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I’ve had a great experience so far! They are very responsive. Their Ai tools improve each time I use them, and they do a very good job generating videos and creating audio content.

The video creation is not as easy as it looks. I had to rely on the team to fix the issue with my promo video. I couldn't find enough info on the site to do it on my own. In the end, the video came out great.
