Animal Health use Royal Mail so I don't expect the speed you get from Amazon Prime or DHL. Still, AH were offering free delivery so no cause for complaint. Just remember to order before you run out.

Living in the Channel Islands, quite often suppliers simply can't be bothered with the hassle of sending goods to us, and the removing the VAT. This is not the case with Animal Health Co.
