They are actual criminals. They will lie and say they have stuff in stock, take your money, never send you anything, ignore you for over a month just to say it's now out of stock, then continuously say they have issued a refund without actually doing it. I had to escalate to PayPal and THAT got my refund immediately despite weeks of them lying and saying they did it (they didn't).
Avoid avoid avoid. They are banking on you not being savvy enough to force their hand. They are crooks.

Their policies suggest to allow 2-4 business days in processing time. Itâs been 15 days since I placed my order and I have heard nothing. They donât allow messages on social media, they turn off abilities to comment, and they suggest to allow a stupid amount of time for an email response should you choose that. Iâve now been logged out of my account after purchasing something and I cannot recover it because they are not sending a recovery email. I may or may not receive the item, but theyâre incredibly sketchy and I wouldnât be surprised if it was a scam!!!

The worst online shopping experience ever. Their customer service sucks because aside from one time, all my other emails have not been replied to at all. They're super slow and I just do NOT recommend ordering from them at all unless you want to waste your money and time on a package that will come much much later than they say and in unsatisfactory conditions. My figure came in just bubble wrap. Without the original box.
I donât know what the hell these people are doing. But I 100% suggest to stay away from this business. Youâre better off ordering from some other online store. They are INSANELY slow paced when it comes to your orders because itâs definitely not a priority to them. The fact that they stated their working hours on their website to be from 12:00pm-4:00pm is pretty much a red flag already.
Kind of the same situation with the this other comment here. I placed an order on November 17th as I was ordering 2 things from here as Christmas gifts. Youâd think there is surely a lot of time for it these items to arrive before then right? Wrong. One of them is already in stock, but the other is a preorder. The preorder item was released on the 30th. Thereâs still 25 days for them to ship this order out right? No. I reached out to them to enquire about the shipping process and the estimated arrival and I received a response stating that upon final payment (because I paid deposit for the preorder) the item will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Then 8 days pasted, on December 8th I have still not received anything about the remaining amount to pay for the deposit. And everyday after the 30th, I checked the availability of the preorder item which was labelled as âin stockâ. So I reached out again as well as bringing up my concerns on the items arriving because during this time around, the couriers will be very busy and things will definitely be delayed. A day later they responded mentioning that my order should dispatch that same week and it should arrive before Christmas. So they were reassuring me that it most likely will arrive before Christmas.
December 11th, finally I received an email to complete the full payment for the preorder item. And from there, the status of the order remained âprocessingâ. This was last week. The same week they said the items will be dispatched on.
On December 16th and I asked again about what the process of the order is looking like because at this point, Iâm super anxious that it will not make it by Christmas plus on their website they said it takes 2-4 business days to process after the payment confirmation and they did say it will be dispatched last week. And for 2 days. No response. If it were to arrive before Christmas then shouldnât it have been shipped out by now? Thereâs only 6 days away from Christmas now. It will take them an estimate of 4 business days to ship.
So at this point, theyâve deceived me and I wished they would have told me wholeheartedly and in all honestly that they would not be able to deliver these items in time because itâs now too late for me to order these figures elsewhere for gifts.
Edit: after all of the below frustration, they sent the wrong item. So now I'm having to go through all of it again just to get what I actually paid for.
Very, very slow. Placed the order on the 17th, and contacted them immediately about how it had gone through as a pickup despite me selecting shipping. Took 3 days to get a response, they said the would send an invoice to my account for the shipping cost. I followed up on the 25th as there was still no invoice. One came through a few hours later, and I paid it immediately.
It is now the 31st, and I have had to contact them again because the item (listed as In Stock) was STILL marked as "Processing".
I had to comment publicly on a post they made just to get a response, and was told that the delay was because of the original error. There was no acknowledgement of the fact that I reached out immediately, it took them a week and 2 follow ups from me to send the invoice, and that the invoice was paid within a few hours, and that they've since done nothing with it for a week.
