Anita Made All the Difference

Working with Anita on our baby’s sleep routine has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. As first-time parents, we were absolutely clueless about sleep training and exhausted from months of disrupted sleep. From the moment our baby was born, sleep was a constant struggle. There was no routine; not for feeds, naps, or bedtime. Nights were chaotic, with multiple wake-ups and feedings. Her sleep associations involved rocking and feeding to sleep, and we were co-sleeping. I had to return to work when she was just 4 months old, and her unpredictable, short naps made things even harder. Each month, I hoped things would improve, but they didn’t.

Meanwhile, friends and colleagues spoke about how their babies were sleeping through the night while we were still running on empty. I was sleep-deprived, physically exhausted, and emotionally drained. By the time our baby turned 9 months, I knew we needed help. One day, during a random scroll through Instagram, I came across Anita’s profile and I instantly reached out. Right after our first introductory call, I told Anita I was fully committed to sleep training, no matter how difficult it seemed. She listened patiently, understood our unique challenges, and crafted a sleep schedule tailored to our baby’s needs. We chose the gentle, gradual method; a 3-week program that she adjusted perfectly for our family. With Anita’s guidance, we made several changes to the sleep environment, introducing white noise, using a red light at night, transitioning our baby to her own crib, and installing blackout curtains. From the very beginning, Anita was consistently available, checking in via WhatsApp on every nap and bedtime, troubleshooting setbacks, and always encouraging us to stay calm and consistent.

Her weekly follow-up calls were filled with insights and support. She celebrated every small win with us and helped us stay focused through the tough days. She sleeps for approximately 10 hours straight at night with no feeds and no wake-ups. We are beyond grateful to Anita. Our family is now well-rested, our baby is thriving, and our home feels happier and more peaceful. This journey has been transformational and we owe it all to her.

Two words: Miracle Worker

I reached out to Anita when my baby was 6 months old and still waking up every three hours for a 120ml feed each time. As a working mom, I was completely exhausted, but I honestly thought that’s just how babies were — that frequent night waking and feeding was normal.

After our very first call, I realized how much I had been doing wrong without even knowing it. Anita taught me that babies actually thrive on routine and can learn good sleep habits if guided in the right way. She gave us simple but powerful fundamentals that changed everything — from how we structured his feeds, to setting up his sleep environment, to helping him learn how to sleep independently.

One of the things I appreciated most is that I wasn’t comfortable with the “cry it out” method, and Anita respected that. She worked with me on a gentler approach and adjusted the plan to fit what I was comfortable with. It did take longer, but she was there at every step, checking in, guiding me, and adapting the plan as needed. And once I actually followed her advice properly, the changes were incredible. Yes at moments I felt like giving up but she kept assuring me that we were very close. And we actually were!

It’s now been over a week and my baby has a proper routine — from wake-ups to naps, daily feeds, and bedtime. The biggest shift was dropping the night feeds, which I honestly thought was impossible, but Anita made it happen. My baby now falls asleep on his own, and if he does wake in the night, I’m no longer anxious because I know he’ll settle back to sleep in a few minutes without needing me. Yes, there are still the occasional moments when he needs some assistance, but those are the exception now, not the rule.

I cannot thank Anita enough for her unwavering support, patience, and knowledge. She has truly changed not just my baby’s sleep, but also my peace of mind and ability to function as a mom.
