I am writing to formally escalate a serious complaint regarding a licensed operator under your jurisdiction (SlotNeo), which is currently withholding my funds and demonstrating conduct that raises significant concerns regarding regulatory compliance and consumer protection standards.
I deposited funds in good faith, relying on the legitimacy of your licensing framework as a regulatory safeguard. However, my account has since been restricted/blocked without transparent justification, and my access to funds has been denied.
At this stage, the situation includes, but is not limited to, the following concerns:

As the issuing regulator, you are responsible for ensuring that licensed entities comply with minimum standards of transparency, accountability, and fair financial treatment of customers. From my perspective, these obligations are not being adequately enforced in this case.
Required immediate actions:
A formal investigation into the operator’s conduct
Written clarification regarding the legal and contractual basis for the account restriction and withheld funds
Disclosure of the enforcement actions taken (or being taken) against the operator
A clear timeline for resolution of this dispute
I want to make my position absolutely clear:
If this matter is not addressed in a timely and substantive manner, I am prepared to escalate this case through all available channels, including:
Formal complaints to the relevant anti-fraud and regulatory enforcement bodies within the Anjouan jurisdiction
Complaints to international consumer protection and financial oversight institutions
Reporting the case to payment processors and financial intermediaries involved in the transactions
Public disclosure through review platforms and media channels
Legal consultation regarding misrepresentation, financial harm, and regulatory negligence
In more serious escalation scenarios, I will also evaluate the necessity of reporting this matter to international law enforcement channels, including Interpol(via local police), should evidence of coordinated or cross-border fraudulent activity be relevant.
I did not wish for this situation to escalate, however the current circumstances leave me no alternative unless immediate corrective action is taken.

RealSpin confirmed in writing in August 2025 that deposits were accepted in error and that payment of CAD $80,700 was being processed.

That was approximately nine months ago.

Since then:

• payment has not been completed
• RealSpin created case CS0447354
• no payment timeline has been provided
• no banking details have been requested
• live chat repeatedly sends customers back to support without meaningful updates

Even more concerning, Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. has been aware of this complaint for months.

At this point, this is no longer a dispute about whether payment is owed. RealSpin already acknowledged that.

Nine months after an acknowledged payment issue — with prolonged regulatory awareness and no meaningful enforcement outcome — is completely unacceptable.

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the complete lack of response from the Anjouan licensing authority about my complaint against Dahibet.
Despite multiple reports about issues with Dahibet, including account problems and unfair practices, I have received no meaningful response or action. My messages have been ignored, and there has been no proper follow-up.

I had a problem with Campeonbet, a casino operating under an Anjouan Gaming license. They canceled €2,105.18 of my funds without providing any explanation or proof.

I tried contacting Anjouan Gaming for assistance, but they didn’t respond at all. I understand they cannot force the casino to pay, but they should at least meet the basic requirements of their own license, such as handling player complaints.

If they don’t even respond, player protection is essentially nonexistent. I strongly advise caution for anyone considering playing on sites regulated by this license.

I filed a complaint against an Anjouan-licensed casino for withholding over €40,000 in winnings. I followed their Dispute Terms & Conditions and submitted the complaint. Other than an automatic confirmation email, I received no further communication. The casino did not respond, and neither did the regulator when I followed up a month later. The Anjouan regulator is completely unresponsive, and its licences offer no player protection. It appears that Anjouan-licensed casinos have virtually no regulatory oversight, so whether a player's winnings are paid out or not is entirely up to the casino, with no consequences if it chooses the latter.

Robocat now operates WITHOUT a license – removed from Stellar/Anjouan registry

This is my updated review after monitoring the situation. What I discovered is extremely serious.

Robocat was previously listed under Stellar Ltd with the Anjouan license ALSI-202411077-FI2, together with many sister casinos (Posido, Neon54, Malina, Boaboa, Cadoola, Playzilla, Bankonbet, etc.). After a wave of complaints, every other brand is still visible on the regulator’s site, even with expired licenses – except Robocat.
Robocat has been completely removed, meaning they are now operating without any visible or verifiable license.

Their support refuses to answer a simple question:
“Do you currently hold a valid gambling license?”
They avoid it every time.

The so-called regulator, Anjouan Gaming Authority, is also part of the problem. Their Trustpilot page is full of complaints, extremely low ratings, and players reporting that the regulator never responds. They ignored my complaint as well. This proves that there is no real regulation, just a license used as a façade.

Across the entire Stellar network, the pattern is identical:
– deposits are instant
– everything works fine while you lose
– once your winnings exceed your total deposits, limits and delays begin
– small withdrawals sometimes go through
– larger payouts stay “under review” for weeks
– VIP levels drop suddenly
– accounts get blocked
– support sends the same copy/paste messages like “Finance is reviewing your request”

My own account was blocked after winning, and I have already submitted the full case to the police with all evidence.

This is not an error or misunderstanding – it is a coordinated offshore system designed to prevent profitable players from cashing out while appearing legitimate through EU payment methods and a non-responsive regulator.

This organization ignores inquiries. The link to a cheating casino's Anjouan license complaint form does not work. When I tried to e-mail Anjouan Gaming about this link issue they ignored me. So all a cheating casino has to do is make sure their Anjouan Gaming complaint link doesn't work and they are home free to cheat customers. Based on the other reviews here, even if the complaint form could be filled out, the Gaming Board would probably ignore it since they make their money by granting licenses and not adjudicating complaints which generates a lot license purchases by rogue casinos.

Attempted bringing to their attention the crimes of betplays.

Came to my attention that I wasn't the first one to bring this to their attention. Turns out there have been people who have been robbed by betplays and have gone to anjoangaming to file a complaint, all to be met with an unsatisfactory answer.

Anjouangaming has taken the side of a corrupt casino that has stolen hundreds of thousands from legitimate players. There is internet history of multiple people reaching out about the same casino and the same problem. No help.

While there are some casinos that are legitimate and run under this license, this is a sign of warning that an Anjouan license doesn't mean anything and in fact is bottom tier casino licensing.

Everyone should favor other licenses as they lack a transparent and fair dispute system for rogue casinos.
