Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. The earth pin on a new charger sheared off while in the socket. After a battle where Anker blamed us for the fracture they relented and replaced the charger but refused to consider the electricians £100+ bill for replacing the socket. Now a power bank has had the display fail. Yet again itâs the customers fault as they assert itâs been dropped and the crystal is fractured, except the crystal is in perfect condition
