We ship internationally, which is why our delivery timeframe is 7–14 business days. If your order has not arrived within that timeframe, it may be due to an address issue, a delivery delay, or the parcel being lost in transit. Unfortunately, these situations are outside of our direct control — but we always aim to handle them in a customer-friendly way.

If your order is delayed or missing, we are happy to either resend your product for free or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Please contact our customer support with your order number, and we will check your case immediately and resolve it as quickly as possible.

We want to clarify that all reviews on our website are genuine. We simply remind customers to leave a review after their purchase, especially when they are satisfied — but we do not use fake reviews.

Regarding the location: we ship internationally and currently do not have warehouses in the UK, which is why returns are processed through our facility in Germany. We always try to find the most reasonable solution for our customers. In many cases, we offer partial refunds (often around 75% or even 100% depending on the situation) so customers don’t have to deal with international return shipping fees. This is exactly what was offered in your case — not to avoid a refund, but to help reduce your inconvenience and cost.

We are working to solve a very specific and complex support issue for athletes, and while many customers are very happy with the product, we understand that not every product works perfectly for every individual. This is completely normal.

However, we still want you to feel treated fairly.

Our bandages are intentionally designed to be thin and lightweight, because they are specifically made to fit comfortably inside tight football boots. We understand that this can sometimes be perceived as “low quality,” but it is actually a key feature intended to avoid pressure points and allow full mobility while still offering support. It’s a complex problem we are trying to solve, and we recognize that not every customer may experience the exact result they were hoping for.

All images and videos shown on our website and social media are created using the exact same product we ship. We work closely with professional athletes and creators to demonstrate real use cases — none of our reviews or content are fabricated.
