Love the jewellery a lot
Love the jewellery a lot, will always buy from them, the only problem is you guys don't respond on WhatsApp, it sometimes takes a few days to hear back from you and it's a bit disappointing

Edit - necklace has now arrived and it’s beautiful.
Sadly the necklace I ordered hasn’t arrived. Tracking number isn’t working and no reply to my email asking what’s happening with it.

Hi Joanne, Sorry to read your review, I can see your order was dispatched the day after you placed your order but appears to be running 2 days late from Royal Mail, I think this time of year they struggle to achieve their usual delivery times, huge apologies for that. Unfortunately as you did not choose a tracked service, the tracking number is a reference number which is only updated when delivery has been attempted. We did receive your email late on Sunday evening and we replied within 24 hours. If your order still hasn't turned up tomorrow please do get back in touch with our wonderful customer team who are more than happy to help. x

70th Birthday Gift.
