SCAM SITE
I Placed an order for over £1300 and stupidly did not check the reviews first. Nothing arrived. Received communications at first but then they stopped
Just hoping I can retrieve my money back now

Scammed…. And I’m really annoyed about it!! Really wish I’d have checked the reviews first before placing an order. I ‘only’ spent £128 but it’s enough especially when there’s absolutely nothing to show for it. I can’t get my bank involved until 15 days after the purchase but hoping I can recoup the money.
Like others I have emailed, text and rang all to no avail. It’s rotten that people do this, I hope they get their comeuppance.

There are no stars low enough and stupidly I did not read any reviews before I placed an order. No contact, no replies and no item! Hopefully I can recover with my bank. DO NOT USE

In the hope that you are looking here before making a purchase rather than after like I did, please do not have anything to do with this ‘company’.
NOT genuine and a scam. I have learnt to research independent sites fully before purchasing from a new unknown website in the future, but a stressful time to have to go through with this event. Money has been returned with my bank but it’s disgusting how some low life make their money. My money also went to France as another person has mentioned .
Don’t fall for this.

Scam website, on first impressions it looks legitimate but don't be fooled. Fortunately I received my money back from the bank.

This " company" is a scam, the website is a scam,
The address in Northern Ireland is an empty lot.
Having ordered furniture my money went to an account in France.
I got in touch via what's app & was told Stripe had placed a temporary restriction on their account & a full refund would be given but now to worry my money was safe. It wasn't.
When that didn't happen I was told to contact my bank for a refund! This appears to be their normal practice.
My bank has informed the fraud team.
Please don't use them, they are low life scammers.

FRAUD SITE. Takes payment, no shipping address asked for, then claims there is an issue with their bank payment system and they cannot issue a refund.

I was looking at various items on Laura James and somehow this website popped with the same item i had shortlisted, but slightly cheaper.
I stupidly bought it and immediately regretted.
I come over here to read the reviews and realised I’d sadly fallen for a scam.
I’ve raised the issue with my card provider and hope to cancel the transaction asap.

Ordered garden furniture from this site, it is a scam. I have informed my bank, and they have informed the fraud team. Hopefully will get my money back.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. TOTALLY FAKE. LUCKY PAID WITH CREDIT CARD SO GOT A FULL REFUND.

Scam site, avoid at all costs.
No delivery address requested on check-out, dodgy AI chat-bot for queries, refunds promised but never delivered.

If you have already purchased, hopefully it was on a credit card - speak to your card provider to raise a charge back to get the refund / money back!

My name is Anneliese bates, this ‘company’ have used my name & linked to all my private social media to scam you. It’s not real & has absolutely nothing to do with myself. It has been reported

Ordered goods from this company and experienced repeated payment issues before payment was eventually taken.

The goods were not delivered within the timeframe provided. I was advised there were payment/Stripe issues and was later told that a refund would be issued. Despite this, I have not received the refund.

Communication has been difficult, with messages coming from different email addresses and requests to communicate via WhatsApp. My subsequent emails requesting updates have not been answered.

At the time of writing, I have neither received the goods nor the promised refund of over £500 and have had to raise the matter with my payment provider.

I hope this is resolved, but I wanted to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision.

This is a scam website. Beware. Do not fall for it.

Set up only a few months ago (May 2026) to offer popular homeware products at vastly reduced prices vs the actual website they are from. They have a AI written 'about us' page. No company name. No LTD company details. No people you can contact. It's supposedly based out of a house address in Northern Island which is probably fake. All the signs of a fake website, set up to take your money and not send you a single product.

Do your research and don't buy from here.

Ordered a bed and got no email confirmation. Chased them up and days later got a lame email saying that they were having banking problems. I replied to this email and got no response.

They seem to advertise Laura James furniture at lower prices, but seems like a scam.
