The whole experience was easy, supportive and straightforward. A very knowledgeable and helpful sales assistant who gave a personal service without being pushy. We were kept updated with delivery dates and times. The delivery team were brilliant and the care taken with the chairs was exceptional.

We found what we were looking for easily and our salesperson Harry,who we have dealt with before, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ordering the furniture was quick and easy to do and we have been kept informed of what is happening with our order via email. A very pleasant shopping experience

Excellent service. The show room was clean and set out beautifuly and easy to get around. NO pushy sales person. When we asked for help Harry came to our aid answered all our questions knowledeably. We ordered the furniture we wanted, paid deposit signed paper work and was told that we would be kept up to date which has been the case. Would recommend this company with a 5 star. Thank you Harry.

Looking for a coffee table and whilst they were spread all around the store there was a good choice and items to cover every cost range. Staff very helpful with ordering, payment and delivery issues.

The whole experience of selecting and purchasing a lot of new furniture was very good. During the process we spoke with several staff members and everyone was very helpful. During the wait for items to be made available we were updated on a regular basis. Excellent service.

Excellent service from start to finish. We ordered a sofa, chair, bed and nest of tables. Excellent service in the store. Kept up to date with the order. Delivery arranged and delivered on time by very polite and helpful delivery men. Would definitely recommend and would use again when furniture needs replacing.

Mr Harris, the salesman who looked after my daughter-in-law and I should give masterclasses in salesmanship. We knew exactly where to find him when we had questions, but he removed himself from our vicinity whilst we were browsing. At no point did we feel under any obligation to make a purchase. Mr Harris was extremely careful in checking each aspect of our purchase, making sure we understood exactly what our commitment was.
Our time in the store was really pleasant and I received regular updates on the progress of our order. In fact, our order was ready for delivery nearly a month earlier than the estimated date. So much better than being disappointed by delays!
The delivery men were prompt and worked carefully and quietly. They tidied all their packaging away and removed my old sofas without causing a single scratch. The instructions in the operation of my chair were given very clearly, as were all the answers to my questions.

The delivery team were professional, friendly, and respectful (they automatically took their shoes off). 18/02/26. They gave comprehensive information (verbally) on how to care for the sofa (rotating cushions etc.), and when to expect the Care Policy paperwork that I had also taken out ( it covers damage by pets too).

In store 23/12/25, the lady in the office continually tried to address me as and type in my title as Mrs, just assuming, though it is not.

I did feel patronised (not by Harry, but the salesman who served me in his absence), when I was calculating in my head the fast numbers of original price with a voucher discount and care package - the salesman actually said, "come on, it's very simple...". My instinct was to walk away, but I had searched for a long time to find a sofa to fit the space in our home, and a friend had recommended Annetts, and she was very happy with her purchase and service.

We travelled to Annetts from Cardiff as a family member had a previous positive experience. The sales advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable, and allow you to look around the store without hassling you (as is the case in large chain sofa stores). The delivery team was excellent and delivered our sofas with care. The free delivery to Cardiff was a bonus. We are very pleased so far with the comfort and quality of our sofas and would not hesitate to recommend.

I was looking for new bedroom furniture & visited a number of stores before I chose Annetts. I was very pleased with the design & quality. Also Gareth was very helpful in helping us with our request & organising with the suppliers to have it all flat packed for ease up 2 flights of stairs. I would highly recommend Annetts for the quality product & their expertise & will definitely go there again.
