Ok guys, I said I would update if my withdrawal came through. I received my money last night. So it took 2 days. The first 2 withdrawals I did were like 10 minutes. Not sure why this one was delayed. So I give 4 stars. If they get a proper customer service I will give it a 5. Thanks

I actually love this casino. I have had quite a few large cash outs ,which are pretty much instant. If you win over 10k, i think i had to wait a hour to withdraw the rest.I love how they have 100's of games to try from providers I've never heard of. The only issue i have had with them in the past is support is slow and currently I think, non existent. I have been trying to reach out for over a week about $40 i paid for a bonus, that was taken but I received an error. Normally when something would happen, it would be fixed in a couple hours. Now I dont know if this will be resolved. UPDATED still no word. Now I see their cash outs aren't instant as usual. I lowered my stars now because there isn't even a option to cancel the cash out and try it again. I won't be returning to play here anymore.
Another update...my cash out did go thru in a few hours. Still no word on the bonus issue

Only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. This casino is NOT what it promises. I made several deposits. 1 did not go through, but completed on my end. I have their “support” chat the transaction id… crickets…. They marked the deposit and canceled on their end, but it wasn’t. I paid for it and transferred to them. There is no one to talk to besides ai. They tell you they are transferring you to a human and no one responds. They don’t respond to emails. There is absolutely 0 communication from them. I want my money. STAY away from this casino. Withdraws are also very slow!!!

They never respond to support messages and I’ve been waiting 8 hours for a supposedly instant withdrawal. Don’t bother

1 of my payments in crypto didnt come trough. Very hard to even find the live chat, it doesnt always seem to load on the site.

Also when i wanted to make a withdrawal earlier, they couldnt because my coinbase wallet shouldnt excist? Its a lie.

To me this is just another scam casino with probably the worst 'support' i have ever seen.

Oh and after this I told them to close my account, but they didn't and its now impossible to get in contact. The chat is gone and emails are all ignored.
Funny that under all 1-star reviews they replied 'contact us and we will solve' - how people need to do that if it's impossible to reach Anoncasino support? What a joke.

Attempted to withdraw 42$, after depositing loads, my first withdrawal, they advertise instant 3-10 min withdrawals. I submitted a withdrawal its now been 24 hours, no response from support and withdrawal is no where to be seen. Don't trust these liars!

Im giving only 3 stars because their inconsistency of communication. I receive promo emails and what not and the bot will respond but when you ask for a human they say hold on and for over a month I havent gotten a reply. I even emailed a rep directly still no response! They are a good casino outside of this disappointing fact! Don't s mess up and not send the amount of the invoice you create because your money will need to be manually added, and it seems they currently don't have a staff!

Anon agent was able to fix the problem, very fast, also they arranged bonus chips for the inconvenient. I have been playing online casinos and this has the fastest withdrawals.

So i won a quite substantial amount of money last night. So I go to withdrawal and it's 10k limit and says instant 3-10 min withdrawal. I withdrawal limit n go bed. Wake up still pending so u make withdrawal of 1k and it goes right through now ive got about 30 k in pending deposits. No response from customer service after hours of waiting. Can I just have my money please

Well first deposit didn't go through and was later canceled but never refunded. And it seems like the only person you can get a hold of is just the Ai chat. Would love to try and give them a chance again if they can refund my money

Ok so after a few days and seeing another feedback on here, I decided to make a deposit to try out this casino. My deposited got credited to my account instantly after 2 confirmations on the blockchain.. after making a nice profit I decided to withdrawal.
The withdrawal wasn't as quick as i'd hope, on the website it says 3-10minutes but it took a bit over 1hour for me, which is still pretty good considering other casinos take days lol
