My latest experience with Another Tomorrow was awful mostly to a complete luck of customer support and quality of items. I’m unfortunately stuck with their gift card that I’m desperately trying to use and to be done with this company forever. However, everything I tried on had some sort of issue - poor fit and/or poor quality at outrageous prices. I don’t want to loose the money so I keep trying things on but nothing works. I wish they just refund me. About a month ago I made yet another return. I waited and waited for another gift card, and finally contacted them myself. I was issued a card through a platform that I don’t use. I asked for another form of the card 3 times - no response from the customer service. I’m forced now to open an account with another shopping platform that I have zero interest in supporting, just to make another subpar purchase. Another Tomorrow didn’t start out like this - their customer service was excellent. I think the business is struggling and I’m afraid I will loose my gift card. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They haven’t refunded my order, I’ve been emailing with them for weeks now. Customer service is flat out ignoring my emails. I’m going to look into filing a complaint with my credit card company and will contact a lawyer about it as well. Be ware!

I contacted the company in mid-June to return items because the quality was far below expectations. Their official return policy clearly states that EU customers will receive a free DHL return label within 24 hours after confirmation.

I submitted the return request through their official returns portal — which worked — but I never received the label. The person they assigned to handle the return never replied. I followed up multiple times over the course of a full week, and no one responded.

Their website claims to offer “conscious luxury” and “ethical fashion”, but they do not honor their own return policy and ignore their customers. If a brand publicly promises free returns and timely support — but then goes silent — it is nothing but greenwashing.

I’ve had to escalate this matter to my bank and begin preparing complaints to consumer protection agencies in both the US and EU.

Be very careful if you are an international customer. This company may not respect your rights, and they don’t seem to care once they’ve taken your money.
