Very good platform, I use the whitelabel fgeature and the support was fast to help me set it up! Amazing, going to change from monthly to yearly subscription soon.

They killed PopUpHero in the latest update. They've made it “AI first”, so you can only edit the popup using an AI chat and what's more, you need to enter your API key.

It's a horror show. Why have a competitor when there's someone making decisions inside the company with the intention of breaking it?

Bought Answerly through AppSumo, even went for the highest tier because why not, right? At first, the support seemed great. But here I am, writing this review to let everyone know that Answerly simply doesn’t work anymore. It’s broken, and the support team? Let’s just say they’re not exactly in a hurry to help—or responsible for that matter.

Answerly is supposed to do one basic thing: make the chatbot work. And technically, it does... after about 20 seconds of deep thinking for even the simplest question, like a 'hi.'

I tried working with their team to fix it, but they respond whenever they feel like it, which leads me to believe they might not have a DevOps team or many customers, because, well, the platform just doesn’t work.

I waited over two weeks hoping for a resolution, but here we are, same issue, no fix. So if you're considering buying Answerly, let me save you some time—it simply doesn’t work.

After testing Answerly FacePop for days y production websites and showing the idea to several clients, I can only say that it is one of the best SaaS investments I have made.

I will use Answerly FacePop to increase my sales on SEM landing pages, to increase credibility by humanizing my brand for organic visitors that comes from search engines, I will increase the open rate and close more sales by email sending personalized videos and I will be able to train my customers as I offer complex products and services with many FAQs.

Also, I am very surprised at how quickly their support team responds to my queries. I wanted to use my own domain in the shared links and in a few hours they made it possible. And I need different FacePop size on PC, tablet and Mobile, and surprise! They give me the solution on weekend!

I've been using Answerly for the last 6 months, and it has saved a tremendous amount of my time. It's quite easy to manage the banners, popups and control them from one centralized place. I don't need to navigate to all the websites individually. My clients are also super happy with the services I've been offering because of the Answerly widgets.

The widgets in Answerly are pretty awesome and easy to integrate. Here are a few things that I liked the most:
- Neat and Clean UI/UX.
- Easy connection with websites.
- First time users can start using it immediately.

The platform is clean and straighforward! All the features that we tested and used worked smoothly without issues! I recommend Answerly to all entrepreneurs and digital marketers from anywhere in the world!

Great tool for building a knowledge base.

What I liked about it:
- UI/UX
- Custom domain & white labelling
- Intuitive content builder
- Ability to integrate my chat tool into the widget
- Widget looks good & is fairly customizable

What I would add:
- A feature to create videos from screenshots, currently doing this in another tool and then embedding in Answerly

If your looking for an all-in-one knowledge base tool look no further!

The tool is great if you need a tool to expand your knowledge base quickly without you having to do then coding yourself.
The UI is great, but especially the color settings could be more intuitive. There are a lot of things you can tweak to have your knowledge base really match your brand guide, but sometimes you get lost in the progress. That being said it's a great toolo and the support team is truly great and responsive if you have questions and is more than willing to help you out.

One of the best knowledge base out there. It has all the features you need to run a successful support center. The UI is amazing. The founder is super nice and really devoted to the project.

This is a fab piece of platform to use as answers for almost any sector. I’m using it for online classes as well as a faq for a school. We are working with a PM organisation and they were impressed with what a school had as their knowledge base.

Their team is very helpful as well and helped with personalised onboarding. Much appreciated 🙏

I don't do reviews that often. This is one of those review where I have not needed to be persuaded. I am rooting for this product. I buy a lot of SaaS products. I bought the Pro Plan and I have been blown away by how good this product is. It's got a very clean polished design. Answerly is one of those gems that you are not sure about at the beginning, and then you find it has surpassed all your expectations.

It doesn't try and do everything badly, its one of those products that specialises in one area, knowledge and Q&A and does it really well. It can be completely whitelabel. And even areas where strictly speaking they don't have to do it for you - they have done it without even asking why?

I have founder Fatos and his teams response has been super fast. Often minutes and not even hours. Even if it was one day that would be fine but it has often been within the hour. I have had all my issues dealt with almost immediately.

I genuinely wish this company success. This is one of those software/saas you shouldn't hesitate about if Knowledgebase or Q&A is important to your business.
