Worst customer service. Ever!
Communication with your âSupportâ is like a non human conversation.
Iâm not directly answered on the context in my messages. I only recieve suspiciously standard writings that doesnât supply any subtext. Itâs just meaningless.
Also what is up with your positive âI want to helpâ
but when having a issue itâs always
âI canâtâ âwe will investigateâ or âwe need timeâ and âplease understandâ and the worst âfollow our forumâ
Itâs like the conversation becomes the issue, where your âadvisorsâ are not offering real support or help.
You clearly take no responsibility.
And on top of that you demand that I should follow the issue on your forums, and that I only will receive updates on the issue on your forums.
Thatâs just the bottom of the whole experience. Is it designed to disolve the issue, or just buy u time, and give me the responsibility to do something about it; like following along on you forum.
Distasteful of you I think.
And itâs like this every time thereâs an issue.
Never any actual fixing or compensation.
Itâs like you donât acknowledge that I actually payed for the game (your product).
