For years I have spent around £150 each time I’ve had a salon smoothing treatment. I thought I’d give this a try. It did not disappoint!! Great stuff and a fraction of the price. Just make sure you follow the instructions and take your time. I know it’s the same stuff by the distinctive smell when your hair is wet, but it goes when your hair is blow dried. Amazing. One very very happy customer indeed.

Ive been waiting nearly 2 weeks for what I ordered to be dispatched. Having read the reviews on here, I’m not hopeful I’ll ever receive it - a waste of nearly £40. It sounds like if you ask for a refund you’re ignored, and the replies from the email all seem AI generated.

I have tried every product on the market and always been disappointed.....until now! This treatment is a game changer for me on my thick frizzy menopause wavy hair.... absolutely love it.... deffo reordering. Only downside there were delivery delays.

The ANSWR keratin treatment did not work on my hair. I followed all the instructions exactly, but after the first wash, my hair returned to its original frizzy, curly state. There was no lasting smoothing or straightening effect at all. This was a complete waste of money and time. I cannot recommend this product to anyone with permed or chemically treated hair.

Bought the product for my daughter for Christmas. She saved it to use for a holiday. We spent around 5 hours doing the whole thing (she has long hair), and it looked lovely. Until she washed it. Her hair went back to almost exactly the same as before she did it. I did email ANSWR and had no reply. Don't waste your time.

Ordered mine on 3rd April and it's still showing on 'Shop' as 'waiting for information'. Was hoping for fast shipping. Praying this isn't a scam site. I've heard nothing via email relating to my order either. Just generic marketing.

This is an amazing product Its the third time I've used it. My hair is thick and coarse and after applying the treatment my hair is lovely and smooth. The only complaint I would have is that I waited a month for it to be delivered. I think I may need to order now so I have it in for next time. Ha

Awful awful awful!! Product was delivered today after months!!! Inside it says this kit should include shampoo and conditioner. Both missing. What the hell is this company playing at??? Are we even 100% sure its legit. Can't be bothered sending it back. But if you can wait over 2 months and will be happy with only half the product arriving go ahead, if not its not worth it!!

Extremely bad experience. Not sure whats the issue with the logistics but they give false claims on delivery and product delivery is extremely delayed. Beware! They keep sending auto emails thats its being packed but obviously it is not true. There is no mechanism of canceling the order so you are stuck with no delivery!!!!

I would avoid. They clearly dont have stock and just take the money without sending anything out. I have been waiting over 2 weeks now and have emailed twice and asked for a refund and they have completely ignored me.
You shouldnt be allowed to advertise a product and promise 2-3 days delivery and then ignore all communicarion. I will be requesting a refund from my bank next. Shame as the product looked good but customer service is shockingly bad. Seems I am not alone in this as I see comments on their pages saying rhe same thing.

if your in the uk it's advertised as 3-5 days shipping but they dont have any in stock been waiting over a month no updates from the company, ive asked 3 times for a refund I'm just getting ignored, save your money

They really went above and beyond my expectations. It’s a great product to begin with, that’s why I choose to keep repurchasing it. Really lovely customer support as well.

DONOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 weeks ago NOTHING. I have email numerous times & get the same STOCK ANSWER there was a backlogue order on its way within 7 days. LIES nothing. You have 7 days to get me order to me or I will seek refund from my bank. RUBBISH.

We should start a petition to shut this company down, given the large number of people who have never received the products they ordered and paid for.
They are liars and thieves! It’s as simple as that. If you take my money and don’t deliver the item I’ve paid for, then you’ve stolen from me.
I’ve sent countless emails and keep getting the same reply: “we will treat this as a priority and dispatch the item by the end of today”. And yet the item still hasn’t been dispatched. The order was placed on 25 March. I now want to cancel this order and get my money back as soon as possible! Order number: AI30599. Sort this out now, otherwise I will take legal action to resolve this. You are not allowed to screw people over like this!

Ordered the keratin treatment on 8th March and STILL no delivery despite each week being told that ‘we can guarantee it will dispatched this week’. They also were promoting the product on Instagram with a 25% discount whilst they knew they had no stock in place. Would give zero stars if I could.

It’s a horrible horrific product. I was so looking forward to using it and followed the instructions to the letter.
It has left my hair dry and brittle and stinking of rotten eggs! I absolutely do not recommend. I think it’s actually a scam product

The team at Answr are so helpful and answered my question I sent by email promptly and so friendly! Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again!

I ordered a keratin treatment from this lot. Twice. None of them arrived. No one responded to my emails and their ‘contact’ number didn’t exist. Just an answerphone from Finland. Saying calls from your phone are not being answered. Absolutely dreadful. Order from other outlets. This company are the worst at actually sending their own products and their customer service is pathetic. I got refunded twice through PayPal thankfully so they didn’t get my money. Plus Facethefuture offers the same product £10 cheaper currently. Do not order from this lot.
