Ordered the Switch 2 Dock and I received it really fast. It’s a great working 3rd-Party dock and costs a lot less than the original one.

Terrible.

Ordered a battery for the Steam Deck and got the standard 'Order placed' screen and email.

Days later, still not showing despatch.

I contacted using THEIR CONTACT option of Facebook Messenger, multiple times. It's over a week later and there's been no replies to any attempts via Messenger.

I emailed them on the two email addresses (one from the site, one from the order confirmation). No reply received from either of them.

Status of the battery is still 'awaiting despatch'.

Horrible experience, total 'money thrown in a hole'. Thank god I paid by PayPal and can request a refund.

Avoid at all costs. (I'd give zero stars but that's not an option)
