My step mom ordered me a heated jacket for Christmas (I picked it out) from their Amazon store and within 3 months the jacket stopped working. I lived in New Jersey at the time and didn't have a car so I was walking and taking the bus every where an it gets freezing in the winter, especially at night so I desperately needed this jacket. I messaged them through their contact form on their site (don't remember exactly when but it did take them forever to email me), they emailed back finally (On March 3rd, 2025 at 3:26am) which stated:
"Dear Christina
Hello, sorry for the late reply. I am Bell from Antarctica Gear. I will provide you with after-sales service now. Please send us your order number. We will step by step proceed with the whole after-sales process and provide the best solution within 24 hours.

Sincerely,
Bell"

I sent them the order number on the same day at 11:01am and no response. I have chronic neurological lyme disease so my memory, especially short term, is basically non existent so I completely forgot about it but haven't been able to use my jacket since. So I sent another email September 18th (6 MONTHS LATER) an still.... no reply. I'll be sending another one today, November 10th but I don't have high hopes. I did realize it is the wiring in the jacket that's messed up. The battery pack works great an I never washed it so it's absolutely manufacture error. Had I ordered off my own Amazon, this wouldn't be an issue but this jacket is supposed to come with a life gone warranty. This wasn't a cheap purchase but I should have known some thing was up with this company when their email is a GMAIL account and not their domain which they are supposed to use as a business to not be fined. So be warned, if you buy ANY THING from this company, just know you won't get help or your item fixed if it messes up an they aren't a BBB accredited business.

Received a pair of boots that I apparently made a mistake and ordered the wrong size so I contacted Antarctica’s customer service and they told me to return them and they issue me a refund. I asked them for the address to return the boots, no reply. Sent 5 more email requests, my wife sent one and I went on their website and sent them a message asking for that address. CRICKETS, and the listed phone number on their webpage doesn’t work. I’d think twice about buying from Antarctica directly.
