I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership in Hemel Hempstead.

I supported my aunt in purchasing a car, and throughout the process we were met with inconsistent information and poor treatment. When my cousin and I asked to view a white Bentley on display, we were given multiple conflicting excuses—first that the keys couldn’t be found, then that it was reserved, and then that it was sold and being collected. However, the car was still there later with no indication it was sold.

We were also told the reservation fee for another vehicle would be £99, only to be told on arrival that it was £500. This lack of transparency was frustrating and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, we were assured that the reservation fee would be refunded, only to later be told it would be withheld due to missing documentation—something that was never mentioned beforehand or included in any paperwork.

Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and uncomfortable, and we left feeling that we were not treated fairly. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure everything is clearly documented before making any payments.

I bought a car on Saturday from Andrew. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I had a distance to travel and he was able to answer key questions about the car in advance of my visit, and prepare all documentation. On the day I was able to test drive and there was no 'hard sell' on extras like at some places. Great service and I would thoroughly recommend.

No words can really describe how absolutely incredible my experience was purchasing and collecting my beautiful new car. I was originally dealt with by Simon the Sales Manger and then introduced to the Salesperson, Andrew, who was outstanding throughout, explaining everything fully and making sure I understood every step from start to finish, what a credit to your business. There was a few issues at the time of collection but not all the dealerships fault but over the past few days piotr resolved the issues and i would recommend this company with how quickly they resolved the issues

Robert was helpful and efficient but not a pushy salesman . He sold the car by acting professionally and gaining credibility .

I can not recommend Anthony Betts more! They look after their customers and ensure they leave happy.
I have got my past 3 cars from here and each and every time they go above and beyond. Their communication throughout the process was great and kept me updated.
This time Simon and Piotr looked after me and made sure the process was stress free and everything I wanted and more. My favourite car dealers for sure, I will be back.

Ifti Khan treats customers with great respect. listens to your needs and budget and doesn't oversell. He is not pushy, everything is explained.
The service department customer service is also excellent from sorting operator errors to servicing.

The person who collected my car for service was very polite and professional. I got my car back on time.
