Giles was absolutely terrific. The matter was enormously stressful for me and my family, and he was incredibly patient and kind in dealing with us, as well as absolutely brilliant as a lawyer - we ultimately got the entire outcome we were seeking, despite various obstacles and delays thrown up by the other side. He was very good at reminding us gently when we needed to do things and overall made the process as stress free as possible.

The help, updating on the state of our case and advice we received was always prompt, helpful and to the point. Whenever I wrote with queries, I always received immediate replies and it has been a pleasure dealing with Beth Holden, Val Sullivan and the rest of your team - and of course the outcome of the case has made the waiting worthwhile! Hema has been excellent throughout the journey. Her unwillingness, in tandem with the barrister who has been equally excellent, to take settlement until further tests were undertaken on certain injuries proved vital to understanding longer term care needs and enhancing the final settlement. Her caring approach has been key, and a home visit has made all the difference to showing AG want to make the journey as comfortable as possible. Hema’s has also taken the time to explain things in simplified language which has helped us understand some of the technicalities of the case and better inform us on the path to take.
