Our house sale was handled smoothly and very professionally.
Communication was easy and prompt and we were kept up to date on a regular basis.
When the buyer’s solicitor made unreasonable requests - these were rejected firmly on our behalf and without hesitation.
We feel we got very good value for money and an excellent service at a very fair price.

Toby supported me with an injury claim after being hit by a car. He was pleasant and professional throughout, explaining the process, my options, and giving expert advice. He kept me updated with any developments and the case was resolved swiftly and smoothly. Toby's support was invaluable during an extremely difficult time.

Very friendly and helpful, patient and considerate guidance through the lengthy process of making a claim for damages caused by a careless car driver who failed to notice me in front of his car on a pedestrian crossing.

Our flat sale was quite complex - it was shared ownership and the property needed remediation work for cladding. The housing association who owned half of the flat are known for their incompetence and we had been pre-warned by friends that their delays had compromised previous sales. Nishat Rohim & Andrew Weir navigated all of these issues, managing to get our sale through by the buyers cut off of the stamp duty deadline (3 months from the offer, which was super tight). Even the estate agent couldn't believe what Nishat had achieved and said he'd be recommending Anthony Gold to sellers moving forward. We are so grateful for what they achieved for our family, without their help we'd still be stuck with our cladded flat.

I cannot speak highly enough about Ben and the team that he built around him. Ben was positve and engaging, providing valuable support, as I navigated one of the most difficult periods of life. Ben's natural approach is professional but as the same time personable and tailored, demonstrating a high level of emotional and technical expertise.

Very disappointed. This company was selected by my property's freeholders' association, meaning I have no choice but to use them for a lease extension required for my sale. Unfortunately, their service has been painfully slow—over a month has passed, and they have yet to even start the process. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am still waiting for a response. Their delays are holding up my transaction and costing me money. If I had the choice, I would not use them.
I followed the process from the managing agent whom act for the freeholders. After submitting a complaint and proving the correspondence dates (they tried to deny there was any contact) rather than admitting their faults, one of the partners took an unashamed approach and tried to pass on the issue saying he would only now deal with my legal representative rather than an apology which would have gone some way to address the severe frustration and potential financial impact this situation has caused.

I also remember requesting a quotation from their over a year ago and their rates being much higher than the other comparisons I had found. So I am quite dumbfounded why they have been selected to be the sole agency for the freeholders association (bearing in mind I am one of the freeholders for the property)

Philip, Margaret, Keeley, and the rest of the support team were incredible. I instructed AnthonyGold to support with conveyancing of a sale of a share of freehold, as well an onward purchase after a different firm were giving me issues - the team picked the file up and were quick to act. They were a great support, acting in a timely manner on requests, and always quick and factual whilst responding to emails. I could not recommend them more highly, and will use them myself every conveyancing transaction moving forwards.

I was involved in a civil justice process which spanned over several years. In of itself, the case was complex and had various elements to consider. From supporting me pre trial to collating hundreds of documents, I can say that Anthony Gold can equip you in facing this process and breaking it down. Noteworthy of the staff were Katie Charlton and David Marshall.

I'm so happy that I chose Anthony Gold Solicitors for my personal injury case, following an accident in 2021 where I was hit by a car and had very serious injuries. I had no idea how to find a lawyer and contacted a few different firms, so I am really glad I made the choice to go with this firm and that Adam Dyl was assigned to look after my case.
