Anupama is a very nice counsellor. She really understands her strengths. She spends a lot of time listening to the issue and is very patient. She conducted a workshop for child counselling for parents at our office. It was very well taken by the parents.

Anupama has been a great coach for me. As a sports person I face lot of situations were performance depend on your mental state. She has been an invisible hand for me during my matches to keep my mind calm and compose . I can feel a lot of difference in my approach towards life. Thanks for being there.

Anupma did a fantastic job of sansatizing and eduacting the audiance of our workshop. She is highly professional in her approach. The topic of our workshop was very sensitive but the way Anupma planned the curriculum of the session was very impressive. She was able to connect with everyone in the room and deliver the needful. I met Ms Anupma for a session during one of my most challenging academic periods. I struggled to stand up for myself and take charge during a project and realised I needed to talk to someone about it. She was incredibly patient during the session. She listened very attentively and asked thought-provoking questions. She is very kind and patient and provides plenty of encouraging activities and exercises to follow. Sometimes I thought that why councelling/therapy? I can solve my own problems... But No, one should have clear mind and acceptance to overcome from that...or else you will stuck in a loop.
