The web site had some amazing estimate tools that enabled me to accurately gauge the cost and send to the client images of the shapes for approval. Delivery was indicated as a 48 hour but everything arrived the next day. Excellent service that I would recommend to anyone

Ordered late on a Sunday evening, the foam pad for my bench seat arrived on Tuesday! Really easy to order, the website provides valuable advice throughout the ordering process and overall, brilliant service. I’ll certainly recommend to anyone and will definitely use again!

I needed a custom piece of foam to raise my keyboard and mouse, as I need to use a forearm rest at my desk due to a permanent spine injury.

I recently purchased some foam for seating in my café/bar, communication with Kayleigh was brilliant and was very helpful and I was also advised with what to use for my project. Anyfoam deliver a high quality product, accurately, rapidly, at a great price. There is a good product range. The website is simple and easy to use. Overall, head and shoulders above any other foam supplier I have found.

Price for my custom requirement was quite reasonable.
Delivery was prompt.
Overall, excellent.

Foam sheets were very badly cut presumably off a roll resulting in 8% waste when trying to cut rectangles. All ten sheets were not square in that the corners were curved and had to be cut back. Contacting them resulted in an aggressive rude response, they seem to take complaints as threats.
Needless to say we will not be using them again under any circumstances.

Needed a piece of foam to make up the gap between a standard king mattress and a EU king bed frame. This site is so easy to use and actually shows you a picture of the foam once you have put your measurements in so you know you haven't made a mistake and will get the right size, delivery was super quick and would definitely recommend to anyone needing made to measure foam.

Dealing with this company was straightforward. They handled my query promptly and efficiently, cut my order to size and also delivered promptly.

Excellent quality foam. Have now placed a second order. Because the first was so comfortable I've now decided to use this foam as my main mattress!

I have honestly never been so disappointed by customer services. I ordered some cut foam under the impression that it would arrive next day. It says it in big print on the homepage. Whilst on location and in a rush you can understand there isn't time to read all the T&C's. So when I called the next day to ensure it would arrive for a photoshoot (only taking place for the next two days) I was abruptly told I couldn't cancel the order. I was advised to refuse the delivery. Well I would have done so - but it actually wasn't delivered until 4 days after I placed the order on a Saturday?! Next day delivery I don't think so... I called to request a refund having not receiving the goods and a young lady was extremely unhelpful. She stated that there were only sales girls in the office and no manager to take my complaint. I am sure if I had placed my order and it arrived on time then I would be like the other happy customers here, but to not receive and item and then be spoken to in a negative manner is just awful customer services. Who runs this show?

In reply to the appalling reaction to this post- I have evidence of a phone call made the day after placing the order. I called to check if the order was to be delivered that day as it was stated as 'NEXT DAY' delivery. Upon finding out that it wouldn't be delivered as per the website stated I requested to cancel the order. The person I spoke to told me they would organise and call back. They didn't call back and when I did finally get hold of someone on 3rd January they spoke to me in a manner I felt was completely unacceptable. Undelivered goods are by law refundable - I DO NOT HAVE THE GOODS therefore I will seek the return of the cost of the order via my bank. Please be advised you are also breaking the law by sharing my personal information on this public post - and further to this I will seek legal advice.

I would never buy foam from anywhere else, the staff are helpful and knowledgable and the delivery and quality is always really reliable.

Excellent Service, 5 Stars without question. I've used "Anyfoam" on a number of occasions, I have a small upholstery business and the foams are cheaper to buy than my trader suppliers. Website easy to use, delivery is quick, quality is good. I will recommend and continue to buy for my own business.
