Making a probate sale much easier
Any House Wanted helped when I had to sell my late parents’ house. The process was much quicker and less stressful than selling via an estate agent. No chain to worry about either. I highly recommend their services.

Quick & Easy
Kappa and his colleagues were very helpful from the beginning.
A very quick process from the initial conversation. 10% deposit was paid on time and was very helpful in the moving process. The original offer price given didn't change.
If anyone is looking to sell their house quick, I would definitely reccomend Any House Wanted.

Professional, kind and a lifesaver
I contacted ANY HOUSE WANTED because I was put in a difficult position whereby I needed to sell my property quickly. From the very start Kappa and his team have been so supportive,professional and helpful.
We managed to exchange and complete contracts quickly with a future incentive when the property sells on.

Great company, very reliable!!
The company were very understanding when I came to them with my enquiry on selling my inherited house. They were great from start to finish and the process was completely stress free. Communication was quick and reliable and they answered any questions I had even if I thought they were silly ones.
I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a quick sale. I got in touch with them about the sale and it was done in a timely matter that suited my needs!!!

Very efficient and friendly service
Although, ultimately we didn’t use the services of Any House Wanted, I would very much recommend them to anyone who needs to sell quickly.
Neville was very efficient to deal with and friendly and personable with it. The phone was always answered and emails responded to promptly. The whole experience was stress free.

A fair price and excellent service
Any House Wanted made an offer on our house which was fair to both parties. We accepted their offer on 16th May 2024 having found our ideal property. The matter went smoothly to exchange of contracts and completion with Any house Wanted always doing exactly what they said they would do. We are now in our new home and are so glad we used this company. We have no complaints at all. TG and JG East Surrey.
