I reported a new problem with downloading videos from YouTube. They had a new version of AnyUkit available with the problem fixed in about 24 hours.

Love it. I've found very few videos I couldn't download and the bulk download feature is god send.
being able to download audio without the video is also very handy for me.

had this for over a year but after update downloading from youtube is very slow to download tried clearing catche etc but still same im on windows 10 so don't know if that is a problem.

The software is pretty easy to use has a user friendly feel. More importantly is the customer service I have received. Considering everything was done online I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response I received to a couple of my questions. I wanted to change my plan from monthly. The team was very knowledgeable and friendly. For an online company that is a plus! I highly recommend!

Purchased "AnyUkit Win Lifetime" for approx. $40USD. The app functioned as advertised for one month allowing me to download 1080p and 6k videos repeatedly. Suddenly a month into use there was an issue of being unable to download anything higher than 360p resolution.

I reached out to support and relayed the issue and was asked to send a high resolution video link that only supports 360p downloads for testing which I promptly did.

They replied stating, "This issue is caused by regional issues. This may occur with some videos. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you require high-quality video downloads, please send us the video links and specify the desired format and quality. We can download them for you."

How is this a practical solution for being unable to use the app? It's not. I communicated that this was unacceptable and received the following reply.

They responded stating "We generally advise using a US server, but we recommend trying several different US cities to see if the quality improves."

Using VPN servers all around the US and the rest of the world the 360p limitation persisted which I promptly communicated.

They replied stating,“Please click Browse after opening the program, visit YouTube in Browse and log in to your account. After logging in to your YouTube, you can search and download normally”

I followed the instructions and was met with the saem 360p limitation whcih I once again reached out and expressed.

They replied with the following.

“Our technicians hope to help you solve your problems through remote control. If you agree, please let us know when you are available, and please install the remote software named RustDesk through this link (link prohibited from being posted here) (Click the download button to install it) When you've installed it, please send us the ID and password.

After searching “Is RustDesk Safe? I was given the following results.

RustDesk has some security concerns, particularly regarding its default settings and the installation of a Chinese root certificate, which may pose risks. It's recommended to research and consider self-hosting for better security control.

I promptly uninstalled the app and would suggest that anyone considering downloading this app be extremely leery given the experience I’ve outlined.

The customer service is quick and friendly. The software is very user friendly too. I'm satisfied with the download speed. Though many webiste offers similar functions for free, they often contain clickbaits or porn sites. This one saves me a lot energy.

For those who may not know, AnyUkit is an APP designed for downloading MP3's and MP4's from multiple websites such as YouTube, TikTok and many more. I downloaded for years using unreliable and even unsafe APPS that always left me wondering when I was going to get a Virus or something worse. Well AnyUkit is not only reliable and completely safe, but it is a breeze to use. The people at AnyUkit are friendly and supportive. If there is a problem with the software they get right on it and then send you an upgraded version which you can install. If you like downloading MP3's and MP4's, Songs and Videos, you'll Love AnyUkit. Sincerely, Rick Quincy

The app always hangs on the "If you deny the permission" Cancel/Confirm prompt. Gave permission to the app for All Files, force-stopped and cleared cache, to no avail.

Great software! Had a slight problem signing up, turns out they had already done that which I didn't notice, I sent an email and they got back to me the same day and explained, but I had already sorted it, and it was a Saturday, so all very good.

I use AnyUkit to download videos from YouTube to get MP4 files. After several months of working great it suddenly could not do the downloads saying there was a problem with the URL. I reported the problem to AnyUkit Support and they fixed it within 24 hours.

I Like the program. I will buy the 3 computer package. I don't like that we have no contact at all since they removed the email service. I have one or two simple questions that they could easily handle. F D

J'utilise anyUkit depuis 3 mois sans aucun problème. C'est un des rares logiciels que j'ai acheté et je ne le regrette pas. ( j'utilise en générale des freewares ) L'utilisation est facile et le résultat excellent. A ce jour aucun échec
