Wrong item sent a month after ordering.

Emails from them confirming its coming. Yet nothing dispatched until 4 weeks later.

Will be contacting the bank to withhold money.

This isn't the official aovo despite their claims. Emails come from a Gmail.com account.

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT A VERY LONG AND COSTLY OVERALL DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. AVOID ALL AOvo outlets. Seems they're all liars.

J'ai acheté la trot new 2023 ES80 M365 que j'ai reçu le 22, on est le 23. J'ai roulé 25 minutes max pour faire l'aller retour jusqu'à mon taf.
En plein milieu de la route, le guidon se repli sur moi comme ça (il y avait aucun trou rien ...). J'essaye de retenir au max la trot, j'ai une pièce qui s'est directe pétée ... Elle a même pas 1heure ...

After 6 months of light use scooter is displaying error 4 & 7 and no longer works. Have Emailed support 4 times over the past 2 weeks and haven’t had any reply. Complete waste of money.

I recently bought an Aovo Pro scooter, all be it that it was off ebay and not from the Aovo store directly.

I reached out to Aovo for help and spoke to someone named Figo, I needed help as the advertised speed of 19.5mph on their website wasn't available in the app and it was locked at 15mph, he wasn't willing to help as I had not bought it directly from Aovo, which I sort of understand.

My problem is that they are advertising something that isn't true and that shouldn't be allowed, it is dishonest and for that reason I have left a 1 star review.

E-scooter and power adapter failed within 2 months, Dealing directly with AOVO is very poor and I can't get a replacement or my money back.

Awrful experience, I purchased 2 of there scooter’s at the price of £519 , in January, one of the scooters has gone off an won’t come back on , an the other one is faulty, I have emailed them 4 times stating what the issue is , I have received one email asking what’s wrong with it , I already told them , I have emailed them so many times in the last month an still no reply

Product is a load of crap!
Do not buy!
I’m currently battling to get money back as bought one of these scooters via another company.
Broke after a few days use, blaming me even though it’s an issue with the useless battery.
If you want a good product then buy something else and avoid like these like the plague.

Le SAV de AOVO est au abonné absent, cela fait 3 mois que j'essaye de les contacter. Pas moyen de les contacter (Aucune réponse à mon mail). En effet, ma trottinette ne se charge plus (3 crans au lieur de 5).
Lorsqu'elle roule 500 mètres est s’arrête de fonctionner et ne se rallume plus ? Elle est pourtant garantie. Que faire ?

It started off with the screws coming out of the handlebars and having to get them replaced a couple of weeks in. Then my battery started playing up and constantly beeping, I contacted customer service who wouldn’t do anything unless I did a test using equipment I did not have. Also to add before this the battery did not last for 30km. Buy cheap buy twice

Ma trottinette est tombée en panne au bout de 8 mois.
J'ai contacté le service après vente, qui m'a répondu en anglais "que diriez vous de la réparer dans notre centre"
Et voilà c'est tout, sans marche à suivre suivre, d'adresse ou autre...
J'ai renvoyé un mail... sans réponse.
Je l'avais acheté sur leur site, après avoir lu sur ce dernier que le service après vente serait plus efficace.
Je vous deconseil cette marque.

I’m still trying to resolve an issue and get a refund for a scooter I bought 2 years ago. These people are scammers don’t buy from them. Don’t waste your money. This company should be closed down and shouldn’t be allowed to continue its awful service. I’ve sent several emails and they are telling me to fix the scooter they won’t give you your money back!!

I have a scooter that won’t charge, a charger that do not work, so please correct these issues

Scooter looks almost similar to the original AOVO PRO, But it is counterfeit. I spotted few differences between the Original AOVO PRO and the fake copy product I received. Tried to contact the seller for return, but didn't get any response.

I bought a C1 pro Bogist scooter from Aovo,a month later my back wheel blew,I got puncture over,and over again..now the accelerator has a mind of its own which accelerates without me pressing anything causing serious accidents to myself..the back rear guard snapped of just driving down a smooth street,I have repeatedly emailed the company to be told it's my fault and I have to pay for the repairs.and once again I'm waiting over a week for a reply.Aovo sold me a scooter that almost cost me my life,they know my situation and refuse to help me in this matter..NOT GOOD ENOUGH Especially putting lives at risk.And this is one of their best selling scooters.Only bought last February 2022.

Crap crap crap had 3 scooters back wheels just came of the new scooter I paid £459 won’t refund or fix problem joke of a company

Purchased scooter for Xmas present, when xmas arrived found scooter would not charge.Sent several emails from boxing day to the new year,eventually got reply on January 9th and asked me to send video of scooter on charge which I did it is now the 20th and still no response. SHOCKING AFTER SALES SUPPORT.

Good scooter definitely recommend good speed and range great fun

My sons scooter worked for no more than 5 minutes when received on the 30th of Dec then showed Error 7 on its digital display which I believe is a motor fault and it has not worked since… I have emailed all 3 email addresses on the site and not one person has contacted me back about this! I didn’t even receive a confirmation of purchase email and there is no contact No to call them… I regret this purchase as I am now left nearly 300 out of pocket with a faulty product and an upset teenage son!
