The medium-term booking was canceled because the required documentation was not provided within the specified timeframe. This type of stay requires additional verification, which is communicated during the booking process. However, the short-term booking remained active, as it does not require the same documentation. Since this booking was not canceled before arrival, it was processed as a no-show in accordance with the booking conditions, and the corresponding charge was applied. We understand that this distinction may not have been entirely clear at the time, and we sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused.

After reviewing our records, we do not have any record of an issue regarding the return of your deposit. As stated in our terms and conditions, the deposit is refunded after check out once the apartment has been inspected, which usually takes between 7 and 14 banking days. In the event of any deductions or issues, this is always communicated directly through the customer area. If you believe there has been any misunderstanding, we would be happy to review your case.
