Raluca the nutrician very close to us ,and explained everything step by step with pacience and empathy.I would glady recommend Apera because they care about people and they want to help you on your new life.

Operisala sam se prije deset dana, i već sam izgubila 9kg. Operacija je prošla odlično, malo bolova ali sve u redu. Osoblje je ljubazno, prevodilac još bolji. Osoblje bi trebalo malo bolje naučiti engleski jezik radi boljeg sporazumevanja, inače su jako fini.

I had great experience with Apera from first WhatsApp consultation to mine coming back home! Every detail was explained in detail , after arrival absolutely amazing transport. Doctor and all beautiful nurses was amazing at hospital. My beautiful dietitian lady’s was really full suport while there and straight after. And still are with me ready to help in any situation. And let’s not forget translator what a patient and amazing woman . I’m very grateful for all process go so smoothly with my gastric sleeve surgery! I will be back for mummy makeover as my weight drooping beautiful 😍

Ich war Februar 2025 in dieser Klinik , und ich muss auf diesem Weg einfach nochmal Danke sagen ! Ihr habt mein Leben verändert . Tolle Krankenschwestern mit Herz und guter medizinischer Versorgung. Mitlerweile bin ich schlank , und ich hab keine Probleme nach der Operation.

Personalul de nota 10, in schimb asistentele din spital in acea perioada mai ales ca ne-a mutat intr-un spital partener chiar a lasat de dorit, Domnisiara Dieticiana Raluca asemenea de nota 10, isi da interesul săptămânal sa avem diete si ne cheamă din cand in cand la un control, iar Domnul Doctorul Ertan nota 1000+, recomand cu încredere!!!

From the time reaching out to apera to getting picked up, test done, hospital care, after care and drop off to the airport was an amazing experience, everyone that was involved in my care was so awesome and did their very best to make me feel comfortable throught out the whole procedure. Thank you to the surgeon he is such an amazing person he made me feel like I was in good hands and for sure I was.

My experience with Apera was great thank you to the surgeon, nurses, dieticians, co- ordernators, all the staff at the hospital and motel are amazing, Transfers to and from airport hospital and motel was smooth. Amazing experience from beginning to the end. Andreea from Apera was amazing, explained everything step by step and really helped me with planning and also getting rid of the stress. I’ve had gastric sleeve and gallbladder removal, the doctor was really nice, explained everything and gave me the sense of trust. The nurses although not speaking much English, they’ve tried their best to communicate and make you feel better. Overall was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this clinic.

From the moment I spoke with the team to getting on the plane everything has being amazing the staff has answered every single question hospital and the hotel was amazing I would highly recommend I weighed over 17 stone and now down to 11 stone after 11 months best decision I ever made to go with Apera I had my surgery done april 2025

Lets just get straight to the point , no sugar coating or up selling shit ok , Cool😄 First impressions i was not impressed, driver was late, didn't talk much obviously limited english , thats ok i did'nt expect 5 star treatment. Arrived at hospital which looked so out of place from the location i arrived in. Red Flags in my mind were going off🤯 Got inside "Wham bam thank you mam" straight into tests and obs no time to freshen up after an 11.5 hr flight.. 1.5 hours after arrival i was dressed in my theater gown and wheeled in for a gastric sleeve. I kid you not , when i got in there and they started to strap me down with things that looked like something from a horror movie , i really thought "B@%ch you gone f@$#d up your whole life" ..Tears running down my checks, no support person My own damn fault thought id be tough enough on my own in a foreign country 😄 They asked are you ok!!! What could i say ? I could have said Ahh no im not ok , im jetlagged and extremely overwelmeld right now !! but no i sucked that motherfucket right up like a pro, pulled my big girl pants on even though i had none on and saidn "Nah Im good lets get this shit done.. I will never forget the tears rolling down my cheeks as i layed bare on the operating table,staring at the light above me trying to hold back the my emotions.
I had to remind myself , this is what you wanted , this is the price you pay ..Iv travelled this far theres no turning back now!! Fast forward to after surgery ..woohhh that after pain hits like a freight train in your chest and upper body region.. I have quite a high pain tolerance but this had me asking for pain relief as soon as i woke up. After care was good but lacked bedside manner.. Overall experience was ok , you get what you pay for results are always dependant on how hard you work for it.. gastric sleeve is not a fix all solution to your problems its a tool to help you..
I will always be appreciative of the life changing surgery Apera has given me 130 kg down to 88 kg in 6months is remarkable.

This is my experience do not base your decisions on what i personally went through we all have different perceptions of situations.. I went there for one purpose and one purpose only and that was achieved regardless of the experience.. No regrets what so ever.. Only regret was not getting it done sooner..

Experiența mea a fost una foarte plăcută,o echipa foarte buna ,începând de la traducători ,medici și asistenți care sânt foarte profesioniști și au grijă de la început și până la sfârșit ,ai impresia că ești într-o mare familie care au grija de tine in fiecare moment!Le mulțumesc tuturor iar Doamnei Andreea care este de nota 10 cu plus ii mulțumesc special pentru grijă și devotamentul de care da dovada ,este o persoana de o omenie cum rar întâlnești,recomand cu mare încredere ,apelați la această clinică fara nici un fel de grija pentru că veți fi pe mâini foarte foarte bune! This is an update of my experience
My experience with this clinic was mixed. In terms of organization, transport, hotel, cleanliness, the hospital itself, and the staff, everything was very well arranged. The people working there were kind and the overall logistics were smooth and professional.

Unfortunately, the result of my breast lift surgery less than one year later is very disappointing. My breasts now look worse than before the surgery. They have sagged again almost exactly like they were before, except now they are operated on and have scars.

The scar around the areola is extremely unattractive and uneven, almost like a zigzag. I showed it to another doctor and he said he had never seen a scar like that before. My areola was moved higher, which initially seemed fine, but there was no support added to actually hold the breast up and prevent it from sagging again. It seems quite obvious that without proper support, the breast would drop again, so I do not understand the purpose of the surgery done this way.

I tried contacting the clinic through WhatsApp to get clarification, but I did not receive a clear response or solution, they said they don’t use suport bra which I don’t see the sense of this surgery.

Now I will have to undergo another surgery somewhere else because I cannot even look at the result. It has been very upsetting and disappointing for me.

It’s a shame because the overall experience at the beginning felt very good, but in the end, the surgical result is what matters most.
