Horrible quality, hideous fit. Not worth returning because the return shipping fee is essentially half the price of the top. Feels predatory to market pieces this ugly and somehow expensive to expecting mothers. I wish I had looked them up first. Don’t make the mistake I did.

Order confirmed on Nov 30 and still not received on Dec 24. The products look nice on the website but this brand is not ready to do international e-commerce. International orders are shipped through local post which is very slow and inefficient. All other brands are working with big companies like DHL for good reasons. Now I am still waiting my order, I had no help from the customer service - only a reply saying I have to deal directly with my own local post - and apparently, I'll have to pay shipping fees and VAT on delivery (by cash). The experience is clearly bad so I will not order again from them.

The expandable pants are pretty good BUT the quality of their products are quite low. There's threads sticking out everywhere. Not worth the price at all. Feels like it's cheaply made.

International shipping is not reliable and the customer service is not helpful with any issues regarding shipping. AVOID at least if you live in northern Europe, you will lose your money and they will not offer refunds on delivery costs even if there was no attempt to deliver the parcel.

It says here it is an American company, but it is in fact an Australian company. I was not able to write a review on the company’s review page, so I will write one here.

Since the company is shipping from Australia (I live in Norway), the cost in taxes and shipping are high, and I wondered what size in trousers I should go for since I would not be able to return and get other sizes very easily. The answer I got by email was kind of rude, saying I should read what it says on sizing on the page and that they don’t have VAT because costumers should know the cost of taxes in their country. A simple “no, we don’t have VAT, unfortunately.” and maybe an input on what size would fit me when it comes to returning and sizing historic would be nice and helpful, but in stead I felt stupid for bothering customer service with my questions.

Why have a customer service when customers actually should figure things out for themselves. Where I come from, customer service is there to help costumers, even if you have not bought a product yet.
