After reviewing your order, we can confirm that your package was shipped and is currently in transit. Based on the latest tracking information, it is expected to arrive today or tomorrow, if it has not already been delivered.

We understand the frustration that can come with tracking updates. International shipments often continue moving through the carrier's network even when tracking appears unchanged for several days. Unfortunately, tracking scans are not always updated in real time, which can make it seem as though a package is not moving when it is actively progressing toward its destination.

Regarding your concern about shipping origin, we are transparent about our fulfillment process and always strive to provide accurate delivery estimates and updates to our customers.

We understand that international tracking updates can sometimes be confusing, especially when parcels move through multiple processing facilities before leaving the origin country. While the tracking may have appeared stalled at certain points, the shipment continued moving through the carrier's network and was delivered successfully.
