Thank you so much to Marcus at Apex Cars, thanks to him I had a very easy, stress free experience with a new car delivered to my home at the end of it.
Communication has been fantastic start to finish, would nor hesitate to use again or recommend to family and friends.

Very helpful, prompt, efficient and responsive to all questions. Went above and beyond in getting the car delivered quickly.

The team at Apex have been phenomenal, not only with their service but time and information. Marcus was especially helpful! Happy with both the service and the car.

Audi R8 Purchase March 2023…..

Having looked for many Months for the right example Audi R8 I came across Apex Cars Direct in Swindon on Autotrader, on initial point of contact I spoke with a very welcoming gentleman called Marcus who gave me a full description and run down of the car they had for sale

Following a lengthy conversation and various pictures and videos of the car, I agreed to purchase the car

An Audi R8 V8 4.2 2011 with 41,000, full Audi main dealer service history from new with all documents for every single service and every receipt the car has ever had from new backing up the cars history, complete with 3 Months warranty for total peace of mind provided by the garage within the sale price of the car

Over the course of the next few days before we collected the car Marcus kept me informed at every stage via calls and watts app messages to keep me updated with the MOT and service status.
Marcus even sent videos of the car receiving a free complimentary machine polish the day before collection by their technician! Something that they did not have to do in the agreed sale price but he insisted it was included in the sale price as they do this on every car they sell! I’ve never seen this before at any car garage. We are not talking a little rub over with fibre clothes here I’m talking at least a full half day machine polish, Amazing!!!

On arrival to the garage the car was parked up ready for presentation to us, along with all relevant documentation, 2 keys and everything in order with the car ready to go as we would have expected

Everything went very smoothly from when I saw the vehicle to when I purchased it.

Bought a Suzuki swift from apex, found a minor fault, contacted Marcus and he had it repaired quickly and the apex team waited after hours just to let me pick it up. Would recommend this dealership.

From the get go Marcus and the teams communication was top notch, never had to chase up any questions or queries i had they were always on hand with a swift reply. On arrival car looked lovely so props to the detailing team! Dealt with Nathan during the visit and whole process was a breeze. Deal was made and the team couldn't have been more accommodating to some of the minor modifications i wanted taking off the car (done by previous owner). Marcus and Nathan were on hand to assist with the handover process and made sure i left with a smile on my face. Will be back for future cars.

They were so helpful from start to finish. Got a tow bar fitted for me and brought the car to me. Were very helpful when I had a few problems finding buttons and figuring things out. Then when I had a couple teething problems they fixed them all quickly nd with no quibbles as well letting me use a courtesy car in the meantime.
