I’ve had a really great experience with this payment processing company. Their customer service is honestly one of the best I’ve dealt with, they’re responsive, helpful, and actually take the time to understand and solve any issues.

I also really like their dual pricing option. It makes things much easier for my business and gives me a flexible way to manage processing costs without making things complicated for my customers.

UPDATE: Management or associates are now calling and threatening my business to force me to remove this feedback. this man (phone number: 209-718-4283) called me at 1:56 and is saying that i should believe in karma because its going to come back on my company. our Family business is being threatened...

I have gotten multiple phone calls from a Tom Anderson, it became very upsetting and very uncomfortable. He got loud when i explained our company was not interested in switching and that if he wanted to email me then he was more then welcome. I would look it over and make a decision. He would not stop pushing. I told him that we don't make decisions like this over the phone and he told me that we live in the 21st century where in person conversations aren't a thing. I told him multiple times that he was being pushy and loud and it was making me upset. I told him i was going to end the conversation and he continued to call back and push some more. refusing to email me any information and would not listen to me. it was very upsetting as a small business owner to have someone get upset because we aren't wanting to switch over.
