They told me I would receive my order in two weeks. It’s now been three months. They have never held accountability for their lack of response nor their customer service I have been corresponding over 18 emails and they have told me to choose something else I have reluctantly done so and still not have heard back. They refused to give me a refund and this was for a present. I am so angry. These people need to be closed down.

Website is a scam, don’t do it. The phone number is fake and you will never receive a product. There is no accountability it appears either. Facebook won’t remove them, they are not a BBB company and filing a report with trade commission apparently don’t do much.

I ordered 4 weeks ago and on the site it says 10-14 days for the uk. Not even an update through the tracking app shop. I have emailed twice and had no response from.

I am corresponding for five months chasing an order. I was told it was out of stock a month ago. I chose an alternative item as requested.I am receiving a standard response.
Customer services have ignored my requests for a refund.

If I could give zero stars I would! I placed an order 5 months ago with NOTHING to show for the money I gave them! I have sent 8 messages to their so called Customer Service, sometimes I get NO RESPONSE, IF THEY DO RESPOND I GET “THEY HAVE SENT MY CONCERN TO ‘THEIR TEAM’ AND I NEVER HEAR ANOTHER WORD”! Don’t waste your time or money with this bogus online seller- unless you want to throw away your money! There is a major reason they don’t have PayPal as a payment option…….

My earings are simply beautiful, not overpriced and arrived quite quickly. I definitely will be buying more from this company and totally recommend.

Do not play in this casino, this is most nasty casino of all time, they never accept withdrawal, believe that you will withdrawal nothing even if you win, very nasty casino, fraud casino who is breaking rules and abusing players.

This is a total SCAM. Never received my necklace that was ordered 4 months ago!!! Was given a bogus tracking number.

Wish I had read everyone’s reviews before purchasing. I can corroborate what everyone else is saying - this company is very slow to ship. I ordered on 6 May and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. I did not get my order until 27 May. The “tracking information” was completely useless. When I emailed them asking for a refund on shipping at the very least (charged me $12.99 for 3-day shipping), they told me shipping delays are not a part of their refund policy, and told me to take it up with the shipping provider. Please stay away! Save your money, do not pay for faster shipping, your product will get there in the same amount of time regardless. Would recommend purchasing from somewhere else altogether, but definitely don’t purchase if you need your gift any time soon.

Possible scam and false advertising. I ordered a necklace for my wife, to celebrate our first born child in November of 2024. The baby will be born next month and I still haven’t received my order. I have emailed and contacted the company and they informed me “it’s on the way” or “it’s been delivered” and it items have not. I suggest you got to a place where you can see the jewelery, and not trust a fake company like this one.

Scam, Ordered a necklace early December for my pregnant wife, order has been "processing" ever since, multiple attempts to contact them failed, try to call their number and your call simply drops.

Stay away.

Ordered a necklace for my wife and showed it being on the way then when I tracked it shows preparing for shipment. This has been like this for 3 weeks now and they won’t respond to my email requests about it!

I do not recommend ordering anything from this company. Even more so if you are an expecting father who wants to buy a nice gift for your pregnant wife within 6-8 weeks of delivering your newborn. I will include a recommendation at the end of the review. FYI – I submitted a fraud alert to my credit card company due to item #1 and #2.

#1. Pricing & Fraud Alert: This necklace was advertised as $49.99 when I bought it on November 7th. I paid $25.00 with promo code GLAM50. Their website now advertises it as $99.99 with strike through listing the sale price of $49.99. They doubled the price at some point as Christmas approached to advertise it as being on sale for what they normally charge.

#2. Shipping/Communication: The website, and order confirmation, stated their shipping deadline for USA orders is 3-6 Business Days. After three weeks of not shipping and no replies to my email inquiries, I reported Aphrodites.com to my credit card company as a potential fraudulent website on November 28th. The order eventually shipped on December 4th, but did not arrive for another two weeks. Far too late to give to my wife as a “Mother to Be” gift.

#3. Size: The pendant and necklace are tiny. The pendant is about the size of a dime and the necklace is about the diameter of canvas sewing thread. The clasp is too small for a man’s hands to be able to open/close if your wife were to ask you to put it on her.

#4. Quality: The Baby Feet necklace looks more like something you would get from a troy vending machine in a shopping mall for two quarters. thanks to a search engine. It is not worth half of the $25 that I paid with the promo code.

Anecdote for expecting fathers: This company’s failure became a blessing. On November 28th I ordered the Jeulia "Warmest Protection" Mom & Baby Heart pendant necklace from Jeulia.com. I sent the company a message stating I placed an order from Aphrodites.com that failed to ship the order and requested their help getting the order expedited before the birth of our daughter. My wife was able to enjoy her mom to be gift from Jeulia.com for 6 days prior to the arrival of our daughter and wear it in our Christmas photos. The quality, size, and purchase experience were exceedingly improved. The Jeulia pendant is of a quality that my wife is planning to wear it the first chance we have to go out for a nice dinner. When I showed her the Aphrodite’s necklace, she said she would never have worn it out of house.

Ordered necklace. Hadnt arrived, contacted them and they said we put the wrong address and its been shipped back. Contacted again and now it says they can only assist via live chatbox which isnt even an option on the website.
Gone back asked for a refund and nothing since.
Lost £50, clever company. Dont get scammed!

I don't know that this company even exist. I ordered a necklace for $54.00 from them and haven't heard anything from them except for my order confirmation. I have contacted them by email and live chat, but no one ever replies to the live chat. I got an email response saying to use Eveloria. com's live chat for help. This site doesn't respond to chats either. So, can't get anyone to communicate with me and haven't received my necklace.

PLEASE DON’T SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!
They are a complete scam, they’re not shipping the purchased items out. I suggest anyone having issues should contact their bank and file a chargeback. There’s so MANY complaints about the same issue on all of their socials. Absolutely disgraceful and dishonest “business”.
