Very nice flat, makes you feel at home. Nice neibourghood.
Everything was perfect!

Goodwins court is an amazing location and this property is wonderful. We both said after a week we could have stayed longer so really felt like a home from home. Host organisation A place like home had great communication and were helpful at all points of contact. Get in and out went incredibly smoothly and all the information we needed was easily available. We will stay again.

The pics are true to reality. During the booking and payment process, the staff was very friendly and always responsive to questions. On the day of arrival, we were handed over the keys in person and shown around the property. The apartment is truly beautiful and welcoming, well-maintained and clean.

Neighborhood was very good however furniture in the house and appliances were very old and worn out. It doesn't matter how many time you vacuum it is always dusty. I definitely not recommend that house to anyone.

We have stayed with A Place Like home on many occasions and have found their service faultless. The apartments are immaculately clean and with all amenities in good working order. We were met on time and shown around the apartment. The apartment was serviced impeccably after the first week and departure was easy. We will be back again and again.

The place in Chelsea was very good - clean, good location, well appointed, comfortable beds, view from the deck. It was the replacement fix after our first choice was no longer available, and Nick did a good job of letting us know and finding a suitable second choice. It was hot the first couple of nights, and with no air-con that was a little difficult. There’s a fair bit of street noise at night so ear plugs are helpful. Good restaurants nearby (e.g. Chelsea Corner). Some people warned us that the neighborhood might be a bit dodgy but we felt safe and didn’t experience any issues.

Have used APLH for twenty years or so and they always come up with top quality places and are always on hand should you need them.

8 Goodwin’s Court is a hidden jewel. Everything inside is perfection. One needs to be aware that there are basically four levels - a room and a bathroom on each level, plus another level to the wonderful patio deck area on the roof. I spent most mornings and some evenings relaxing there by myself. Dining area, kitchen and snug are on the lower ground level. We are three senior women, but did not let the stairs bother us. I slept on the top floor (I’m 80) and planned ahead so that I didn't have to make numerous trips up and down.
Location is perfect, especially if you like the theatre. Tesco Express is literally about 1/2 block away.
I stayed here three years ago and it was the first place I looked for to rent this time.
Also, I love the people at A Place Like Home. They are always helpful, friendly, and courteous.

The location si fantástic. Just a block away from Sloane Square Station. Although it is a basement apartment, the place has a lot of light and you have a lovely view of the internal Garden. The beds are confortable and the kitchen and the bathroom includes everything that you need. The neibourghood is really nice

Easy check in and a lovely apartment. Only problem was that there is construction going on next door non stop Monday-Sat 8 am to 6 pm so lots of noise!
Would’ve been nice if that was disclosed at the time of the booking.

The place is really sweet and its location was perfect. However, the fridge and freezer wouldn’t work, and I had to wait about 3 days for it to work. I was also told that I would get back my £60 that I used for my groceries (which went to waste as the fridge would not work), and I wasn’t given my money back. Nonetheless, I would still go back.

The places we stayed at during our trip with A Place Like Home were fantastic. Clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable.

However, the company had a big issue with the initial booking, and we ended up moving places three times during our stay because of it. The people we dealt with from the company were lovely and apologetic, and we were not charged any extras. Still, it was less than ideal. This is something to keep in mind if you book accommodations like these, where the properties are not the company's.

The Souterrain Appartement has three bedrooms, two with an individual bathroom and one has the bathroom next door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need-even sharp knives!
The walking distance to sloane square underground station is about 8 minutes. There are bus stations right in front the house. Traveling is very easy.
The communication with the company was easy, friendly and promptly. Any questions were answered right away.
My sister and I traveled with our mom (78) and our sons (13 and 15).
We can definitely recommend this place!

A pleasant little flat just off the King’s Rd. A Place Like Home were helpful in our choice and were available for discussion of the pro’s and cons. We will continue to use them.

Nick was very helpful and responsive to all questions.
It was helpful to have someone orient us to the apartment when we arrived.
Highly recommend.

We stayed at 13 Graham Terrace. The house was not as described. It was quite dirty and had a bad smell. It looks much cleaner and more charming in the photos and description.

The owner's clothes and belongings were all over the house, including clothing in the closet. It was hot and stuffy. You could hear a train going by every few minutes (this was not disclosed in the description).

We also messaged the property manager several times and did not get a response.

The location was good, but I would not stay here again.

Great location. Cute house, needs some maintenance. We experienced a London Heatwave and A Place Like Home promptly delivered extra fans to us as property is not air conditioned.I will book with A Place like Home again as their customer service is excellent !
