Our 2009 Mac computer stopped working

Our 2009 Mac computer stopped working. William replaced our computer with a restored updated Mac which is working very well. He made it very easy for us, transferred all of our data, installed updated office products and virus software. It was all done in a couple of hours and the price was very reasonable. William was very polite, competent and professional and I would definitely recommend A Plus Tech.

William arrived right on time

William arrived right on time, serviced one computer, set up another one and really helped us when we needed it. I have used his services for years and have always been very happy. He knows his stuff.

William, A Plus Tech, was able to solve our computer issues promptly. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using A Pus Tech for any future computer problems.

William was courteous, knowledgeable and willingly answered all questions as well as providing explanations on the problems he was finding and repairs he did as he worked on our computers.
