William has provided me with a range of services from replacing an iPhone battery to troubleshooting problems to building a computer and installing a gaming system. I expect he can respond to practically any request. He ensures that he meets or exceeds any needs and does so in a timely manner.

Prompt & efficient service

William, the tech, was phenomenally helpful and tremendously reassuring.

I have used William and his company several times. He is always extremely prompt, very professional, and reasonably priced. This latest time I called him (on a Saturday) he was at my house in 15 minutes. He clearly knows a lot about technology, including computers and security systems. We will continue to use him in the future.

In previous email, I was told that my coverage would be extended to end of month because I was in a financial pickle and yet, 2 days later you've taken out the $$ from the invoice.

On October 16, 2024, William came to my home in answer to a request to perform maintenance on my 12 year old Apple Mac laptop that had all but stopped working. He was prompt, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. William replaced my hard-drive & cleaned up all my issues. This was a “Hail Mary” request because I was fairly certain that I was ultimately going to have to purchase a new laptop. William “saved” my device (saving me the $3000 cost of a new one). My Apple has not performed this well since it was new. The second most amazing thing was the cost of the repair. I was absolutely SHOCKED at how low the final amount came to !! I would highly recommend A Plus and William for all your I.T. concerns.

I liked that they were able to pick up my print; fix it then drop it off. The price to fix the printer was reasonable. I also liked that they explained how to maintain the printer. I would definitely use them again.

Yang did his best to find the problem in my 10 yr. old Epson printer; cleaned it & was able to adjust it enough that I can continue to use it until I can purchase a replacement. Very courteous; prompt, only billed me for 1 hr. when he wasn't able to resolve the problem as well as he felt was up to his standard of service.
