Bought a freezer from apollo -good value, came quickly and delivery was painless

I contacted the manager at the local Apollo store and very quickly received a polite and helpful response. I ordered the product on-line (which was £10 cheaper than elsewhere) and was able to choose a convenient day for delivery. The delivery firm kept me up to date and so I knew when to expect the parcel. This was promptly delivered by a friendly and professional delivery man. So, all in all, a great service at an excellent price.

Apollo have a great range of electrical products for the home an very competitive prices and excellent service.

The online chat was useful in checking delivery and installation questions - good brand choice and the collection of the old washing machine and the installation of the new was completed on time and with no problems - the Bosch machine is running perfectly - a highly recommended service

i spent most of the day waiting for delivery, it had gone to next door, city link didnt leave card, so got tv a day late, lucky the neighbour came to tell me, not happy

I had previously bought cheaper Stream Generator irons ( under £50) and had to return them as they failed to meet up to expectations. I do quite a lot of ironing and needed a good quality product.
Apollo 2000 had the Bosch Steam Generator Iron at the lowest price I could find and postage was free.
The iron arrived exactly on time (within 10 mins of the estimated delivery slot) and I was able to track the delivery online to ensure I was in and did not have to stay in all day waiting
Excellent product, excellent price, excellent service. I could not ask for more.

Placing the order was a doddle - no problems. That's the good bit!
Then came the delivery - on the right day at least. We were told it would be an afternoon delivery and we would get a phone call one hour before delivery so we went out in the monrning. Luckily we were back during the morning when the delivery arrived - no phone call - wrong time frame.
Every big box electrical item we have ever had was unpacked by the delivery team and inspected to ensure undamaged. The packaging is always removed by the drivers, The box was left unpacked.
In short the Apollo bit was Ok. The delivery bit was a disgrace. As Apollo organised it, they have to take responsibilty for the whole experience.

Easy transaction. Late delivery, apologies and a valid reason were offered.

I bought a case/transleeve for my Asus tablet. Apollo 2000 website is easy to use, I found what I was looking for very quickly. A good feature is that you chose the delivery date, not like Amazon or e-bay. After I made the order, I received an email and text message to inform me about the delivery status and "to change the delivery date if I needed to" . On the delivery date I received another text message which let me know the time the product was going to be delivered.

I called to cancel an order with Apollo direct the morning after ordering, and well before dispatch. I was told it'd be cancelled. I then received a dispatch email - and upon contacting them again they told me that they will tell the courier to stop the delivery. No item was delivered, and yet they are telling me that they have to wait for the item to be delivered back to them, check over it, etc before they will issue a refund! The item never arrived here - Apollo chose to ship a cancelled order - that's not my fault and you have no right withholding a refund until you get the item back from your courier.

It was very easy to set up online and was a good value product with a great delivery timescale.

I brought two sony Xperia tablet cases for £19.99 each (one for me and second for my sister) which was a brilliant price! A great competitive price within the current market.

Delivery was free of charge and my cases arrived in good time. I was emailed every step of the way and informed the time of my delivery! Fantastic fantastic!! I can't say anymore! Very happy customer! And I will be returning back to Apollo online.

I purchase a samsung motion sensor Hoover at a very good sale price saving my self over £200, in comparison to currys etc . I also received the item on the delivery date I requested.Regrettably I'm having to to return the vacuum due to the sensor component not working. I reported the fault to Apollo customer service team the following day who were happy to exchange it for a new one, arranging a courier to collect the old one and replace with a new one at there own expense and without any fuss! It's my first time using this company and would defiantly have the confidence to use them again !

I paid for delivery and take away of the old cooker.
The cooker was left . . . in pieces.
The old cooker, in spite of booking a collection on another day DID NOT GET COLLECTED.
I had to pay not only for connection, but also for the building of the new cooker.

£15.00 almost is what you charged me, and I am a right-eye blind and disabled pensioner.

Will I shop at Apollo again . . . not if this is how you treat people.


AND THE OLD COOKER STILL HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED.
