I lost money because of an error in a smart contract. Support started to ignore me (for weeks already) when they understood that this happened because of their broken algorithm.

I had a very disappointing experience with this exchange. I attempted to swap DOGS to TON today, but not only did the transaction fail, they also deducted DOGS and TON from my balance without delivering the swapped amount. I was left with nothing and no explanation. Despite providing my wallet address, I have not received a refund or any assistance. This is unacceptable, and I urge others to avoid using this exchange in the future. It’s clear they don’t prioritize customer trust or satisfaction
I’m giving 1 star because there’s no other option, but honestly, they don’t even deserve that
