Paul, I cant recommend him highly enough. A no fee estimate, amazing communication. He came out quickly and spot on timing. Fixed our oven grill element and checked the whole oven out. Did a great job and very knowledgable, he explained everything and checked it was working properly before leaving.

Rob the engineer came to repair my daughter’s Smeg oven today. Luckily he had the part on his van. He was very polite & did an excellent job. Would highly recommend. Thank you Rob, I would definitely use ARC again.

Rob called me beforehand, arrived on time and fixed our appliance (dishwasher). He explained what the issue was and what he needed to do to fix it. He was very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Booked an appointment to fix our oven door and Rob arrived the next day. The whole experience was excellent. Rob in particular was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient in quickly repairing our oven door.

Rob the engineer managed to fit me in today which was a bonus as the help desk said tomorrow so awesome he called in advance to say he would come today. Rob arrived on time was extremely knowledgeable and quickly resolved my washing machine drum issue. 30 mins max done and dusted including full test etc then put it all back in place including the integrated door panel and all for as very reasonable cost! Recommend rob for all your appliance maintenance or repairs he’s awesome 🙌

Rob was the engineer who came to fix our door spring on our dishwasher.

Prompt and excellent Service by Rob the Engineer! I messaged him to see roughly what time he would be with us this Wednesday but he rang to say he was not far from me last night and could he call instead of Weds! Yes was the reply! So he arrived and promptly did all the checks on my dishwasher and finally found a but of a sticker from the dishwasher in the drain outlet. He was very professional and explained all that he’d done. We were over the moon it was sorted after a week of washing up with a small draining board. A true Gentleman and a pleasure to have in my home. Thankyou Rob!😄

All I have to say is MARK is a legend called yesterday for my water/ice dispenser not working Mark came out today in the morning fixed it perfect outstanding communication and fast service I will be using him again Thankyou Mark !!!!

Luckily for me, Rob was in the area when I messaged him about my broken oven door. He arrived within 20mins. The new hinge was difficult to fit but Rob remained calm and patient as he deftly manipulated the hinge into its locked position and re-fitted it. Robs a great guy and very professional.
