I have called and emailed multiple times about a labtest order I made over a week ago. Tracking number just states label created but not shipped. No other information given. No one will pick up the phone on any line I’ve called! No reply to any emails or calls!! These are scammers!! They just took my money and I have yet to get anything for what I paid them!

Simple test, clear instructions. Easy return with quick results password protected.

The price and timing are great. I in was able to get the answers I needed.

I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the MTHFR gene mutation test I ordered from applidx.com. It has helped me tremendously to target the supplements I need to manage my condition. So happy to have learned about this tool that was never available in the past!

Easy to understand results, quick turnaround.

I ordered the test kit a week 1/2 ago.
Still haven't recieved my order. So at the moment, my review is one star at best.

I did get my kit very fast. I sent back the kit with everything they asked for. I am now waiting for my results.

I was impressed with the speed at which I receive my test kit in the mail and pleased with the speed for my test results once I sent the completed test back. The instructions were simple to follow and I completed the test under 10 minutes. The results were easy to access on their website, downloadable and the test revealed what I had hoped it would. I can now make better decisions for my health moving forward. I would use Applied InGENuity Diagnostics again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting tests not covered by insurance (as was my case).

I wish they would give a better explanation of your results and if there is something wrong what to do.
