Good taste and does make a difference
This kicks in about 15 minutes after taking it. I’m staying about 40 minutes longer than usual at the gym lifting heavier weights. Great very happy with this.
By far the best pre workout gel on the market, easy to consume and quick and effective Cost isn’t a big issue, and flavours at 10/10
