Avoid this scam website and don’t buy from them. I don’t understand why this website still operates.

I WISH I'D DONE MY HOMEWORK..... THE ONLY SAVING GRACE I MADE I PAID ON MY CREDIT CARD...... THEY ARE SCAMMERS.... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...... I HAVE SENT GOOGLE AN EMAIL REGARDING THESES SCAMMERS. LETS HOPE GOOGLE SHUTS DOWN THERE WEBSITE DOWN......

it is the same website as gillsmart it is a scam do not use this company or gill smart they rip you off and take your money as they are using for sakle flats houses and business preises so do not use they are dodgy and before you order check the addresses out bloody scammers

I emailed them to check the coffee machine was brand new as it was significantly cheaper that in any other places and they came back to me very quick (same day) to confirm "We only sell brand new products" I proceed with the purchase and I received a confirmation of it plus a trucking number. I was suppossed to receive my item in 2 weeks .
A week and a half week after my purchase I tried the tracking number given and that was the first red flag. Surprise surprise, the tracking number doesnt work!

Few more weeks have now passed and I have sent them about 15 emails. Not a single reply.

I can see I am not the only one scammed. Shame I did not check the reviews before

RETURNING NON-FAULTY PRODUCT(S)

If you have received product that is not the right size or colour or you have changed your mind and wish to return it, please contact us at

Scam. Reported to Action Fraud. Using accounts linked to a company in Bradford, KK Carparts, it's a scrap yard! (Seems appropriate). Thieves and rogues.

Is this company for real? They have taken over £1200 for an item, and they don't reply. Avoid!

Sent a link for a delivery firm which looked ok at a glance but its register name at bittom of page is a small taxi firm.
Impossible to get in contact by phone to either company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!

Any company that wants you to pay via Revolute instead of direct is a big red flag . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !

Very elaborate fraudsters with a very convincing website. I'm in the process of drawing up a time line of how the fraud was perpetrated. I have also alerted Google ads as they are allowing this company to use a Google sponsored advertisement. They and Revolut banking group must bear some responsibility for allowing these fraudsters to operate without impunity. They have the mechanisms to determine due diligence of clients and protect the people using their advertised sites.

I agree with the other review - this is a scam company and I have reported them to the Gov Online Reporting Scheme. They are advertising goods at well below normal prices, they then send you a Revolut link for payment to a tiny company called Amber Granite Ltd based in North Wales although their contact address is in Essex ? Further their Terms Of Business say the company you are dealing with is AUGGUS Ltd..........it can't be BOTH !! Stay clear everyone !

I have already said that this company is a scam and not to be trusted. Why has Trustpilot not added this comment. They are being investigated by Action Fraud.
