I am an old customer since 2024 and just upgraded to the plan, the 5x instant revoke protection is good and the certificate works great

At first back in that time i trying to search for a good certificate and i met manpreet certificate. Unlike the other’s certificate he is very helpful with any problems and honestly the best experience i had and worth all the dollars for this certificate. We did have some times of revoke but it doesn’t stops manpreet and he still will help us back

Ha pasado ya más de 6 meses y sigo “esperando” mis certificados, son 5, se molesta si le preguntas o le pides explicación argumentando que “no es problema de él que revoquen los certificados” cuando es la única persona que vende certificados que primero cobra y luego no da la cara, compre otro certificado y hasta ahora no se a revocado, tampoco tengo que “dejar de actualizar mi dispositivo” a la última versión de iOS o tengo que hacer un procedimiento extraño para firmar aplicaciones, si no sabes cómo solucionar el problema simplemente retírate y deja de estafar a la gente @iammanpreetsingh

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is a complete scam. I purchased a certificate from AppTesters.org on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. After waiting for a long time, it finally arrived on Friday, August 29, 2025.

it was revoked the very same day I received it, before I even had the chance to install it. Despite their terms of sale clearly promising a free replacement in case of revocation, I have received absolutely nothing. Since that day, there has been no communication, no refund, and no replacement.

When I tried to ask for what I paid for, the owner (Manpreet Singh) simply blocked me and I was permanently banned from their Telegram group. They take your money, provide a broken service, and then silence you so you can't complain.

It has been nearly a year of silence. This is a fraudulent business. Avoid this scam at all costs!!!

After various massages and emails asking for explanations, and in the end asking for a refund, after buying various certificates and skipping the line paying several times I realized that I was being scammed by manpreetsingh and his appletester.org

And I was deleted from the telegram group without an excerpt of motivation.

I do not recommend the purchase of future certificates.

I want to say that I am shocked by everything I have experienced with apptesters.org, especially from the owner, Manpreet.

Before I begin presenting the facts and criticism, I want to emphasize that I am extremely disappointed that a service which used to be one of the best has turned into this, and the only word I can use for it now is deception.

I ordered my first premium certificate from them in October 2024, and I had no issues during the first year. When it was time to renew the certificate, the new certificate got revoked immediately. I personally explained to Manpreet that I needed a reliable certificate and that I could not afford to wait on a list, where I was placed around position 3500. He offered me a discounted Premium certificate, and I accepted so that I would not have to wait for months for my UDID to be processed. However, even before the certificate was delivered, it got revoked. I informed Manpreet about this, and on November 20 he personally wrote to me on Telegram: “Tonight, I will add all pending UDIDs for processing.” Of course, he did not do that. I ended up waiting more than 85 days, during which he kept telling me that they did not have enough developer accounts to process UDIDs. At the same time, I mistakenly received an email from them offering me a new certificate at 50% off.

I contacted him on Telegram and asked how that made sense, that long-time customers who had been waiting over three months for what they already paid for were still waiting, while new customers were being offered certificates at a 50% discount. He was very rude and impolite. His explanation was: “that email was first of all never suppose to get to you. it got to you because your udid was revoked. but we sent to you by mistake.” He also told me that he would have my UDID processed BEFORE January 20 (this conversation took place on January 17, 2026).

When January 20 I asked him what was going on. He attacked me and claimed that he never said BEFORE January 20, which is completely untrue. Not only that, but when I questioned him, he tried to insult me by asking whether I suffer from depression, which is absolutely unacceptable and a very low blow. Even if I did suffer from depression, that is not a way to insult anyone. He finally processed my UDID again on January 21, and once again the certificate was not delivered because it got revoked before delivery. In our conversation, he also stated that regardless of whether he was wrong or not, he would always defend himself.

Manpreet is someone who cannot tolerate any criticism, not even constructive criticism, and he reacts aggressively and resorts to low attacks. After sending several messages to which I received no response for days, I decided to leave a negative review , similar to this one, with a detailed timeline explaining everything. He immediately deleted my review and banned me. I emailed multiple times asking why I was banned, but I never received a response.

I am now requesting a refund, since I never received the service I paid for. He doesn’t respond. I do not recommend that anyone do business with these scammers , not only because of the terrible service, but also because they feel entitled to insult someone by implying they suffer from depression simply for asking why their UDID was not processed when he personally said it would be.

This kind of behavior is outrageous. Despite having every reason to do so, I never insulted him in any way during this entire time. All of our conversations have been documented and recorded using a screen recorder.

Manpreet promised to give me a new certificate after my original one was never delivered for an extra 5 dollars. After paying, I was left on read, and was not in the queue. This is a scam, and I recommend KravaSign. I got an instant certificate from them, while AppTesters never delivered after a promised 3-4 day processing time.

i bought a certificate for iPhone, choosing the premium plan for $25, with a promised warranty. I waited a week for it to be made, after which the certificate was revoked just a week after creation. Despite having the premium plan, which promises "full revoke protection," no one wants to deal with the reimbursement for a new certificate.

I had I lifetime certificate and I’m waiting the renewal since September. I bought a new lifetime certificate and no support, certificate delivery or even answer to messages and emails. Plus he banned me from the telegram group after I left a negative comment. SCAM, stay far

We bought certificates in bulk for our business, and his instant delivery really saved us. We were on a tight deadline and needed everything urgently. He delivered quickly and helped us finish our work on time. Highly appreciated.

BEWARE of this scammers so you don't waste your money

Do not trust AppTesters.org. I can tell you from experience: this is a textbook scam operation.

I purchased an certificate for my iPhone on December 15th. It is now late 22th January, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. For over a month, I have been trapped in a ridiculous "ineligibility" loop. Their system is a complete joke—one day the dashboard says "Ineligible for 4 days," the next it says 5 days, then 1 day, and then suddenly the status changes to "Revoked" before I even received a working product!

I have contacted their support multiple times. Every single time, I am met with the same scripted lies: "It will be ready tonight," "I will check and send it," "We will send it today." None of these promises were ever kept.

They love to hide behind Apple’s policies and "cooldown periods" as a shield for their own incompetence and fraudulent behavior. Let’s be clear: if you take a customer's money and cannot deliver a product that works for even 10 seconds, it is a SCAM. It doesn't matter how much "blame" lies with Apple; if you cannot provide the service you are selling, you should close your platform and stop accepting payments immediately.

Continuing to offer a product you know you cannot deliver is a vile, low-level scam. I have requested a refund multiple times, and they simply ignore the request and continue to lie about delivery dates.

STAY AWAY. Save your bucks and your time. These people are not professional; they are just taking money from users and hoping you'll give up on the refund.

I don’t understand how all these users post reviews don’t understand simple thing. Sideloading is never allowed by Apple, so they make everyone not use it by banning certificates. Manpreet is just a middle men who is providing certificates. If you use what him says, certificate keeps working even after revoke. Use DNS service. Same case with me, more than 2 years now without any issues. Best service ever!

This is a scam – research before you buy

This is not a “feels like” situation.
Based on my experience and the large number of consistent reports, this is a scam.

Customers pay for a long-term or lifetime signing service, but certificates are revoked quickly or never delivered. After that, people are placed into endless queues with no reliable timeline and no real solution. Weeks and months pass with nothing usable provided.

Compare how many reviewers describe the same pattern: revokes, waiting, and being told to pay again

Another major red flag is how criticism is handled. Negative feedback is removed from the official Telegram channel, and users who post honest reviews are banned instead of being helped. Public replies to reviews often deny everything and accuse customers rather than addressing the issues.

Taking money while failing to reliably deliver the advertised service, combined with silencing criticism, is not legitimate business behavior.

Do your research before spending your money here.

Don’t believe the positive reviews. The owner is not a reputable individual. Google “AppTesters Reddit” and you will see a barrage of people complaining about his “Service” and I use that term lightly. The scam is, you pay for a “lifetime certificate” that needs to be renewed once a year but thst’s not how it really works. When the cert gets revoked and they get revoked often, in order to get another certificate, you have to pay again to get an instand or discounted cert I foolishly did that and now both certs are revoked. My Lifetime has been “in queue” since November. When contacted on Telegram, he solution was to ask me to become a developer to help him run his own company. Stay clear of this scammer and go with Signulous.

Certificate revoked within a week. They force us to wait in a endless queue where I’ve been in position 4500 for 3 months now. That’s not what i call a “lifetime certificate”. Bye $25. Owner of the website will dox you if u chargeback. DO NOT BUY.

I have to be honest. The support is amazing even though the certificate isnt available yet! Its understandable for the 4-5 day wait because its not their fault, Its Apple's fault. Dont believe those bots that write bad reviews.
