They don't seem to have their act together and their website is awful.

This is the worst customer service I've ever had. They do not deliver the days they promise. They don't take your order on time no matter which Friday or what day you pick or which billing date. It's EXHAUSTING. Phone reps talk you into just hanging up. Don't waste your time or money here unless you need the food for dietary reasons. They treat existing customers like me paying $120/week for food like dirt, and then cancel my subscription without my consent when I complain. They said after they cancelled me they would bring my concern to a manager. Why? When? They didn't listen when I was paying, why would they listen now? DON'TBUY!

While I enjoyed the idea of these boxes coming, the 1st delivery was not a good experience. The ice in the package was completely melted. I was home with in 20 minutes of the package delivery. Some of the packages were warm to the touch. There was paper left on the cheese of one of the packages that I opened. And most of the cheese was hard and or stale.

First box was great, I especially liked some of the cheeses.
Second order, Fedex did not receive the shipment during the Monday-Wednesday window where it could be delivered in two days, in fact FedEx did not receive the shipment until it was already at least 48 hours and then it was delivered 3 days after that, not cold anymore and they instructed me that it should be mostly discarded.
Customer service kindly said they’d reship the following Monday and this time it arrived cold but 8 items were missing. I’ve contacted them asking for a refund of the missing items, which I assume they’ll be good enough to do.
Good product but I don’t feel I can trust their fulfillment department at all. Not clear to me where the original box even was between their shipping window and FedEx receiving it. And you’d think they’d be extra careful in replacing a box they’d already messed up.
I can’t recommend unless maybe you live near one of their warehouses.

I bought a box and had a tasting with friends. The entire box was absolutely wonderful! There was no pairing that we didn't love. Highly recommend!
