We had very informative video call and answers to our questions

A very good on-line meeting with Ben Quayle who explained everything we needed to know.

My meeting with April King went well however I asked for them to send over a copy of my documents and this hasn't been received. I'm not happy I will need to chase.

Did a video call with my mum , who was very nervous about technology, but Deanne put her really at ease and explained everything really well . Can’t fault the service and the professionalism, would certainly recommend them .
