We are always appreciative of the customer service and the expertise of Aptive. Guerin sends us a text message prior to arrival, sends notifications when completed and includes photos of the specific areas treated. Thank you so much!

You keep on saying we are subscribed we canceled a year ago and you keep charging us

Deceptive practices and charged when service is not done.

Giving a 1 star review because they keep sending me emails for a customer that has the same name as me. I've contacted them multiple times about the fact my email is not the correct one, but they keep sending me receipts, service notices, etc...

Well there is one problem I don’t understand cause I was an IT tech and went to many offices and we always had to make sure our trucks we had to make sure our trucks were loaded to repair any problem we may face on the road but your tech never have Moth traps when I ask them don’t they load their trucks with enough in case we ask while they come to do their service

Technician was here the day they said they would be here. And they always are. We are very happy with the number of areas they take care of around the house. I really appreciate the photos they provided.

The technician that treated my yard listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained options and recommendations. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Richard was competent and covered all of the areas that needed to be treated. I enjoyed talking with him as he was ready to start.

Reliable and great job so far. No problem pests I see yet.

Always friendly and on time. They went through all the places I had indicated where we usually get pests and he sprayed those areas. I also warned him to be careful as we had a bird’s nest with eggs underneath where he would be spraying so to not disturb them as much as possible.

Derek was very polite and informed.He called before arriving letting me know his schedule. He gave me suggestions on keeping the mouse population low and gave me glue pads to monitor any droppings. He also walking around the outside of the house with me and checked the traps. I was very pleased with his visit.
