Great service Techs that do a fantastic job. If you have any specific problems they treat those areas to get rid of any pests. We have been using Aptive for many years and they do a fantastic job.

The Aptive staff always do a great job but I'm tired of surveys

The Aptive staff always do a great job. I do not like having to submit a review after each visit, especially since you come so frequently. I get a survey for EVERYTHING!!! I'm tired of it. I get asked if I would recommend you, yes and I already did. My mother is a client of yours because I recommended you to her.

Their actual services are good

Their actual services are good, but I have had multiple problems with their scheduling software trying to schedule more appointments than I want without telling me. I have had to remember when their last appointment was to ensure they are the frequency I want.

The people are great, but your product doesn’t work

The people are great, it’s your product that doesn’t work. The voles, moles , and pocket gofers are still as bad as when you started treatment. It has NOT gotten any better. I’m paying monthly for this service and have not gotten any results. My neighbor has Orkin and doesn’t have any more problems.

Aptive always does a great job

Aptive always does a great job. The techs will check to see if there are any specific areas that require attention first then work on areas of the house we would never have thought there would be a concern. Since they have been servicing us, we have had good results. I would highly recommend their services.

When completed ,they take picture of…

When completed ,they take picture of the area and email them to me for verification. they come to the front door and state who they are and explain what they will be spraying. When they have finished ,they let me know and ask if there is anything else I may need. Say goodbye, Very pleasant and always polite

Issac provided our Aptive Pest Control service today. He sent us a heads-up text when he was 15-20 minutes out from arrival & again when he arrived. Issac was very polite, asked about any special concerns we might be having and asked if we'd prefer he ring the doorbell or just text when he was done. Get what you pay for. A little more expensive, but these guys have the best techs, who actually do the job exceptionally well. Communication is awesome.

Above & Beyond

I used Aptive in Texas so was pleased to see I could transfer my service to Colorado. Though I was very pleased with the service while in TX, I am even more so here in CO. On each visit the technicians have gone above in clearing out nest areas in and around the house. They have communicated with me every step of the way and even provide pictures which I appreciate. In addition to the techs being knowledgeable and thorough, they have been highly professional and courteous! I am greatly pleased with the service they provide!
